When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The lights in the rooms needs to be more bright and a little bit more

The breakfast was nothing special, but it was good and there were different choices.

More availability of fresh coffee during the day outside of breakfast hours.
Rooms was cleaned every day and towels replaced. Breakfast was fresh and the staff were very friendly. Hotel was well situated for access to local area restaurants and the Great Escape park.

My son left his glasses on the bed and I left my book so housekeeping left us a note that they couldn’t make up our bed because personal items were left on it.
The breakfast was plentiful, eggs, bacon, sausage, delicious coffee plus all the extras like waffle station, bagels, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal etc. The 2 woman that were refilling and cleaning up work very hard, were friendly and even assisted an elderly man by making his plate for him. Keep in mind although this breakfast is included in your stay, the servers should get an additional, well deserved tip. They were terrific! We had a problem with the pocket door in our room not closing all the way. The front desk 3-11 shift was Ciera who was an absolute delight!!!! Ciera was friendly, accommodating and even came up to the room Saturday night to look at it herself as they didn’t have a maintenance worker on at the time. She brought a fold out bed up for my son who was staying for the night in place of my boyfriend. She went above and beyond. They have a wonderful staff!

The breakfast room was waaaay too crowded. They had maybe 7 tables for the entire hotel.

Not necessarily dislikes, but suggestions. Adding a few more waffle irons would be helpful for families, could be due to staffing issues but seemed to always be low on pool towels. A little dated but that's just cosmetic

The price was a bit much but because it was Americade weekend I understood why
The room was clean and welcoming, the shower was pretty cool actually. And my friends and I enjoyed every bit of our stay.

- Bleach smell was strong on the main floor due to the indoor pool. - Pillows were too soft
Location, for sure. The Hotel manager was awesome and helped us out when our car battery died all of the sudden! On a Sunday ! A big thank you for your kindness really. Beds were comfortable, not noisy, good breakfast. I would suggest adding a love seat/small couch to the double rooms.
