It looked like a total ghetto. Guys fighting on the hotel floor, no towels in the room, and everything is very old and bad. I have booked this room because it was nothing else available at this time in Orlando but when I came, the guy at the reception told me, that there is no rooms. But hopefully he found one for us. It was a bad experience. I was afraid of my car to be robbed while I was sleeping

The staff were amazing but it was v basic. Ideal for one night for us v clean but we were put in the wrong room and had to move no plug in sink but it’s fine for a night.

I didn't have any towels, just 2 washcloths. I got in late and tried to get someone from the front desk but at 11 PM the clerk was not available nor responsive

Roaches,filth!!!!! I understand being outdated and needing paint but the filth and improper cleaning is inexcusable!!! Soap and water goes a long way!!! Oily but stains in the sheets also

Please note that you can’t reserve this property through this website. We arrived here having our Booking.com reservation confirmation and the staff at the front desk told us they DO NOT take reservations through Booking.com. We then embarked on a number of stressful phone calls with customer service who refused to help us. If you wish to stay here, please reserve through their own website. We were lucky to still retain a room here, but if it had been up to Booking, we would have had to sleep on the street. We are very thankful for the staff for their help and sympathy towards our situation.

Dear Sirs, When I came to the hotel it was closed and I had been waiting for 20 mins with small kids when the receptionist will come. I called him and nobody had responded. I asked the guests where is the manager and none of them had known where he/she is. After 20 min waiting we left the place and stayed in another place. This is the worst experience I have ever had with the hotel in USA and I will never book the hotel. I insist you to refund amount I have paid for my worst experience. Thank you! Eduard.

Everything dirty blankets looks like someone changed their oil on it.There was a partial roll of toilet paper. Curtains torn up.Smoke alarm ripped down just sitting on the stand.Noisey neighbors loud up all night.Constant drug transactions.I was sort of scared couldn't go to sleep well.They deserve No Stars At All.I didn't I know if I was going to wake up and a part was going to be missing off my car.

It is not as sdvertised,. Its infested. People out smoking ctack on the veranda. Key card wouldnt work.only 1 staff, she came to see if she could get in, she couldnt. Only master key would work. I requested my money back. Room was over 2x the actual cost. She had to get owner on phone who finally refunded completely. Basically, i dont know what the owner could do to improve property. Staffer was new and she did her best. Remained pleasant and helpful. I ended up finding another room ..luckily. .

This was one of the WORST Hotels that I have stayed in, There was no phone in the room, there was no TV remote, the AC was not working and also Drug Dealers were all over the place. I will NEVER book another room there.
