We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I have booked this room because it was nothing else available at this time in Orlando but when I came, the guy at the reception told me, that there is no rooms. But hopefully he found one for us. It was a bad experience. I was afraid of my car to be robbed while I was sleeping

HungaryPlease note that you can’t reserve this property through this website. We arrived here having our Booking.com reservation confirmation and the staff at the front desk told us they DO NOT take reservations through Booking.com. We then embarked on a number of stressful phone calls with customer service who refused to help us. If you wish to stay here, please reserve through their own website. We were lucky to still retain a room here, but if it had been up to Booking, we would have had to sleep on the street. We are very thankful for the staff for their help and sympathy towards our situation.

RussiaDear Sirs, When I came to the hotel it was closed and I had been waiting for 20 mins with small kids when the receptionist will come. I called him and nobody had responded. I asked the guests where is the manager and none of them had known where he/she is. After 20 min waiting we left the place and stayed in another place. This is the worst experience I have ever had with the hotel in USA and I will never book the hotel. I insist you to refund amount I have paid for my worst experience. Thank you! Eduard.

Curtains torn up.Smoke alarm ripped down just sitting on the stand.Noisey neighbors loud up all night.Constant drug transactions.I was sort of scared couldn't go to sleep well.They deserve No Stars At All.I didn't I know if I was going to wake up and a part was going to be missing off my car.

It is not as sdvertised,. Its infested. People out smoking ctack on the veranda. Key card wouldnt work.only 1 staff, she came to see if she could get in, she couldnt. Only master key would work. I requested my money back. Room was over 2x the actual cost. She had to get owner on phone who finally refunded completely. Basically, i dont know what the owner could do to improve property. Staffer was new and she did her best. Remained pleasant and helpful. I ended up finding another room ..luckily. .
