For some people it could be difficult to use bus to reach the slopes, but with children over 5 years old is absolutely fine!

If you want a quiet place, without noisy neighbors, a well-equipped kitchen, sauna and jacuzzi, and a beautiful view, then come here!

I would let other renters know it’s quite a few stairs. We were okay with the exercise, but people from sea level might not appreciate all the flights up and down.

The beds were amazing, and we appreciated the large size beds. Its location was epic to Snowmass.

Furniture needs replacement. The living room couch and recliner are both tired and broken. The two queen beds both sink in the middle so new mattresses are needed. It needs to be advertised there is no smoking in the whole complex. It is one thing to say no smoking (we would all assume no smoking in the condo) , but unreasonable when it is not advertised there is no smoking on the balconies, in the parking lot, in your car. Unreasonable for guests to assume those restrictions. We went to the hot tub one evening, temperature was about 80 (very disappointed) but heard it was fixed the next day.

The condo has a nice layout, quite and clean.

The views and level of ready-to-use were very nice. The condo was extremely beautiful and clean upon arrival with plenty of resources available. The central location made it great for getting around between both Snowmass village and Aspen.

Some units are occupied by long term summer or permanent residents. The one above ours is an Air B&B so it was noisy with nightly visitors

Excellent location. Very comfortable place to stay. Very clean. Nice sized kitchen, well supplied. Great little patio to sit at. Conveniently right next to the pool.

It would have been nice to get a notice about all the stairs to climb. Also, the info we received about the extra parking spaces " across the street " was misleading. The loft bedroom was a bit too warm.

Although this is a walkout unit in the back there are about 50 steps down to the front door. This is a big deal if you have recently had knee surgery or have lots of luggage to transport

Clean with all amenities listed. It had several extras like starter of coffee, soaps, spices. Staff were helpful

A long flight of stairs to the bottom with my elderly parents.

We were right by the pool and hot tub. Clean house with modern decor. Nice to have a kitchen to make meals in. With all the dishes you needed.

the guest book had some very concerning notes. the pool and hot tub were closed, despite saying they’d be open in the listing. there were no coffee filters which was a minor inconvenience

You could hear the upstairs neighbors, even though they were very considerate. There is a strict noise policy so that would help with excessive noise.

Location was great because it was close to Anderson Ranch where I was taking a 2-week workshop. The view was fantastic.

Was outdated. The sofas were old and uncomfortable. The carpets were dirty and scuzzy. The cabinets were sticky. Light switches didn't work. Need to complete remodel. For the price we paid we expected something nice.

It had three bedrooms and the bus stop was close by.
