The breakfast was AWFUL! We travel lots and stay in many mid range hotels. Everything on the breakfast buffet tasted artificial and premade. The sausage patty was flavourless. Eggs were like powder. Potatoes tasted stale/freezerburnt. But the worst part was that while we arrive toward the end of the breakfast service, they closed the doors while we were eating. We just wanted to get a coffee refill and when I approached the partially open door to the buffet area, I said to the manager, oh, could I just get a bit more coffee? He said, “ well, only if she hasn’t put it away yet”. When I turned to look at the opening of the door, she promptly slid the door shut in my face. So rude! We simply wanted a bit more coffee. It wasn’t going to hurt her a bit to pop open the door for us while she put away the rest of the breakfast buffet items. She was prioritizing things for herself… not for the guest experience.

Breakfast was awful. Hash browns were cold. No pancake bar. Muffins were not even defrosted. This was the only disappointing thing there. Ice machine in freezer did not work, but we were given ice from front desk. No log was available to buy for fireplace. we bought our own.

Room was awesome. Customer service great. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Great that the hot tub worked when it was snowing. Will tell others to stay at this hotel in other areas. I will be looking to use your brand in other locations.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom king suite with fireplace and it was lovely! I appreciated the kids having their own room separate from my husband and I. The living space was cozy and we loved the fireplace.

At check in we were given an option for a better unit that accommodated our needs and at a very good rate. Our unit was perfect for two couples. The breakfast was outstanding. We will be recommending Sonesta ES suites to our friends.......

I really have no complaints.

This property is a jewel - it's across from a golf course and in front of a mountain, and has access to miles of trails so if you're traveling with dogs, this is the best. The rooms are large, have a full working kitchen, and full bathtubs. The pool is large and the pool/hottub area are clean and inviting. The central building/breakfast lounge is the same - clean and inviting. The breakfast is good. The best part about traveling through Flagstaff on business is knowing I will get to stay here. Oh, and the staff is above and beyond when it comes to accommodating weary travelers and our many extra requests and needs.

The breakfast closed at 9 instead of 10 am. Was a very simple offering, would have liked a little more variety.

The rooms were very clean and overall looked like new. There was easy access to AC outlets right next to both sides of the bed. Kitchen was spacious. Overall layout was very good, with clean design.

The wifi did not work. And their IT was not available thus the 8 and not 10 rating. It could have been a big deal but for this trip not as much.

It was very spacious with many amenities. Fairly close to NAU campus. Loved the kitchen and bar to eat meals. There was also wine and beer available at the lobby.

It was a lovely hotel but rather than delph and proper cutlery we had polystyrene plates and cups and plastic cutlery. This took hugely from what was a good breakfast and lessened and cheapened the experience of staying in the Sonesta Flagstaff. Ecologically a disaster. It was the only negative in an otherwise lovely hotel.

Spider webs from TV area light and bathroom vanity lights. Coffee maker was junk, for almost 300 a night they need to invest in a kurig or same kind of maker.

We were touring California and this was the hotel we liked the least. Lack of sound proofing - we had a ground floor room and the people above were very noisy. Decor very dated, scuff marks on walls, paint peeling on outer door.

Breakfast was fine. Brand new fridge freezer in room which was great.
