You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Rooms looked clean. Nice view of boat yard. Just needed a place to sleep overnight, and it met that need.

United States of AmericaThe things I didn't like were the electric strips that were provided didn't work. The TV wasn't plugged in when I got there. So I had trouble getting it to work. The sound wouldn't work on the remote, so I literally had to use the cable box to turn it up-and-down. The people upstairs were making noise all throughout the night, and moving things around or walking around, plus talking loudly outside at 5AM.
5 minutes away from my daughters house. Conveniently located near Dunkin Donuts and. Dairy queen ice cream spot. The motel room was very spacious and had everything I needed for a nice little getaway.

Someone kept knocking on my door at 2 AM. Three digits is way too much money to stay in a dump like this, I don't care where it is. I've stayed in $40 rooms way nicer than this.
