Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaI went for my birthday weekend, I did not like the room the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It smelled like old mop water, the staff act like they had attitudes every time we asked for anything. When we asked for our beds to be made the night after the lights came back on they didn't channel them after we had been sweating all night bc we had no air. ALSO did NOT give us our money back for the night our lights went out. Then u had to pay for cabanas at the pool n there was no entertainment or no music. Worst stay EVER!!

United KingdomJune 2022 - This hotel is currently undergoing major construction works. It's barely a hotel. Seriously overpriced for the current state of the communal areas. As well as this despite this hotel being rated as four star it is anything but. Breakfast was rationed and inflexible. The pictures of the hotels on booking.com and VERY misleading regarding what type of breakfast is offered and how the hotel looks. This was in comparison to the adjoining Bolan hotel guests who received a different more expansive menu. At one point I asked if I could have yoghurt with a waffle instead of cream and I was told no. Staying in South Beach felt like staying in a poor man's hotel in comparison to Bolan and felt treated this way. The cleaning staff stopped cleaning our hotel room after two days for no reason and despite us approaching them at 3.39 they didn't clean the room following this. If you have planned to stay here in the next few months I strongly advise you to reconsider.
The bed was good to sleep in and big. Waiting staff in the breakfast restaurant were friendly. The rooftop pool area is lovely.

United States of Americathe first room we were placed in (111) was dirty (tons of hair and dirt all over the shower, dirty used contacts on the bedside table) and the ac didn’t work. it was 80 degrees in our room (it was colder outside!!). also, not a huge deal but weird, there were studs on the wall as if there was once art hung up but yet there was nothing there. just looked tacky and strange. our second room was much better, however we had two incidents of people trying to get into our room without permission. the first time, someone tapped the card, it granted them access, but because of an internal door stopper we had ordered from amazon and put in the room they couldn’t get in. by the time we got to the peephole they had run away. we asked them to check security footage and they didn’t ever get back to us with what happened but the next day we saw they had brought people in who were working on security cameras all around the property. second time it was hotel staff at 3:40 am that woke us all up in terror knocking on the door incessantly and saying “hellloooooo” over and over. they said they came by because our door looked open but that was no way to deal with the situation. we were scared out of our minds and didn’t sleep the rest of the night. overall had a bad time, thank god the staff was really sweet and kind because otherwise this place is very poorly run. i have stayed in many hotels all along south beach over the years, from nice places like one to super trashy $90 a night rooms that were basically just a crash pad. i would expect a shady experience like this if id paid 100-200 bucks a night but we spent much more than that so i found our experience to be pretty unacceptable. i wish we had paid a few extra bucks for a place where i knew we wouldn’t feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
amazing location. rooftop pool was awesome.

United States of AmericaThe hotel didn’t look nothing like the pictures. THERE WAS NO ELEVATOR! parking lot was behind the building with NO ELEVATORS also. The lobby was in the building beside it. had to walk to another building to check in. smells bad. In the lobby I was told that I would pay $40 for parking and when I got to the parking, the people working added $10 more!! The parkings were so uncomfortable and no elevators and we had to always struggle finding a parking, I would not recommend this place at all. They have snacks and water and 2 Coronas in your room but if opened you will be charged for them when you leave.

United States of Americanot paying this much for construction. complimentary breakfast is a joke, they should offer a REAL complimentary breakfast for such a let down!!! server had an attitude and just snatched my card out of my hand. this place is NOT worth the money. SCAM. there’s no indication that they are remodeling on their website. my friend and i came here for a girls night reunion that we haven’t had in 6 years and thought this was so adorable!! they are renovating it….no control was in the room and it took them forever to bring it. also, the tv quality was horrible! they should really advertise that there’s construction as the whole purpose of this whole hotel is the aesthetic. not paying $200 a night to walk through another hotel into an empty lobby and not be able to sit out in the beautiful front area of this hotel as you see on their website. hard to get ahold of a receptionist, rooms were smelly, early construction….
near the beach and close to an AMAZING cuban restaurant, Moreno’s!

United States of Americathe rooms were old. They had a weird smell. Beds were hard. Property outdated and going through renovations. The toilet was dirty when we got there. Carpets were dirty. Reception area had a strong smell of marijuana. Entrance is in the back and really makes you feel excluded from anything nice. The pool closes at 7pm and some days earlier but the staff doesn’t seem to know what time it will close on any given day.
convenient beach access. close to a lot of restaurants. Decent breakfast available. Close to public transportation.

That the sides of the bed their are stains, also the entire mold and pee. Very horrible won't refer anyone to this place. Hopefully I can get my entire refund.
