It’s a great location and easy to find near restaurants and an ice cream factory! Beds are comfortable. Also, the tv in our room was huge with excellent sound and picture quality.

Like big bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash but body wash needed to be filled. Swimming pool area was nice but hot was really grit and dirty looking water. I think it needs some work. Gauge was not working well either.

Room wasn't very clean -- peanuts and other food scattered near the walls, under the bed. Either wasn't vacuumed or not vacuumed well. Bathroom area was quite worn, the door was broken and needs paint. Loud guests on the patio area with sound radiating up into our room. They were outside drinking until past midnight.

Hotel is well located and staff are friendly. Breakfast was nice. Checkin was easy.

The bath tub has a concave bottom! We found it, not just unnerving, but DANGEROUS!!! We had to hold onto a grab bar in the shower to keep from falling!! Morning staff said she would report our concern with management but showed an indifferent tone. "Yes we have heard many complaints about that."

Our visit was off-season and we were able to park near the build entrance. But the main lot appeared to be darker than expected.

We were traveling, so this property was conveniently just off of I-196. It was a couple of properties away from the freeway and we didn’t notice any traffic noise.

We checked in on Wednesday. Housekeeping came to our room Thursday morning while we were out and serviced our room. We stayed until Sunday....Housekeeping never came back. I spoke with the front desk lady the morning we checked out. She said we have to request Housekeeping. I asked how we would know that. She said there should be a sticker on the mirror in our room. There was a sticker, but all it stated was that the room was disinfected, etc. And to check a certain website for more details. No mention of requesting housekeeping. For $250 a night, not including all the taxes...there should be no need for us to have to request Housekeeping.

The location is convenient. Only a 1.5 miles from the beach, shops and restaurants. There is also a Wendy's and Culver's on each side of the hotel. There is a very popular ice cream shop across the street. It was delicious. And a gas station just across the highway. Breakfast every morning was decent and free.
