We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaTo start, they over booked the place so our king smoking room we paid online for automatically got down graded to a double queen? She specifically asked if i wanted smoking and i said yes, she tells me it is a double but this way we can keep our smoking room. Got in the room, no ash trays, no shampoo or conditioner, not even lotion, just a couple rags and 2 bars of soap. The remote wouldnt work on the tv even though the little light on it kept coming on when you pressed a button. I killed some type of bug as soon as i got in the room. The air conditioning was as low as it could go but wasnt even a little cool and the bed was soo uncomfortable!
We werent bothered and when i alerted the staff about something suspicious they took action right away!

Found underwear hanging in shower of one room and soap bar chunks and roaches on floor in the other. #5 Appeared that motel was being used as a homeless shelter. Had security evict people during our stay. Seen a man sleeping under and on mattresses next to dumpster. Hope they clean this place up.

It was a great value for the price. No coffee, no breakfast, no fridge or iron. Tiny towels. But we saved a lot compared to places right across the road. We used the extra money to eat out and get a wedding gift.

United States of AmericaThere were pre-existing stains on the sheets, floors, and dried brown runny stains on the bathroom door. The heat eventually DID heat up the room, but we didn't prefer the old time ceiling radiating heat which don't blow or work quickly. Lastly, I think, although we were encouraged (at the beginning) to share any discontent may have had with our room, they let us know that there was no other room option to transfer us to (the sharing of discontent wouldn't simply been simply for their note-taking). After being tired from our 2.5-3 hour drive their, we figured it was no use complaining about something they weren't even able to make right.
Convenient location, staff was very nice and was able to give us our room key just before midnight.
