Needs maintenance. Sink was broken and shower cracked. Also cleaning was spotty.

fridge was broken and leaking water the whole trip. bed sheets had stains. bed was very shaky. tv HDMI port wasn't working properly. hotel staff rushed us out of our room at 9 am when check out was at 11

room was clean. location was fine. tv picture showed fine channels were okay. receptionist was nice and friendly and helpful. room temperature was good

They took double my money & put me through crap for a week to get it back. When 9offered a total refund never recieved it as of yet. The staff is rude, breakfast is something else.

In the 10 days that we stayed, I only had housekeeping once, despite multiple requests for at least one more cleaning- especially after I’d been ill one night and specifically asked for housekeeping to come that day. They did not come that day and I wound up sleeping in my mother’s room that night. After bringing it to the front desk’s attention, they apologized and said they’d make sure housekeeping came that day; which they did. The hotel is marketed as a Marriot, which is what we were expecting. This was more like an Embassy Suites. Also, the pool frequently had debris (leaves, twigs, etc.) and rarely had towels available. One time, the towels that were brought out, were still mildly damp. The staff and the comfort of the rooms were two of the redeeming qualities of the property. I don’t know if it’s enough of a redemption that I would stay there or recommend it to others.

Everyone was very nice. Especially the women who took care of breakfast every morning. It was like going to see an old friend every day.

Breakfast was not what i was expecting, i think that needs more options, comparing with other hotels that i been, this breakfast is a little behind from others, must of all in options, eggs for example.

The swimming pool its not free. They will charge you $20 per day to use the swimming pool , Fitness room and computer. Somehow we got charge for Using Data service. I dont know where and how we got charge for using their Data Service. But , other than that, hotel was very clean and breakfast is very good. I will go back and stay again in the future.😃😍

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. We didn't have sheets for the pull out bed and had to get them from front desk after returning to the room pretty late. However, the mattress in the pull out bed wasn't comfortable so our son ended up sleeping on the the couch.

The location was awesome, the breakfast and the breakfast staff was amazing, the bed was comfortable.

This hotel is quite basic but it’s always clean and checkin is easy. Staff is polite. Location and price are appealing for a recent one night stay. I will stay again for a short visit.

Bath tub granite material would make me think that it was dirty cause of the feeling that you felt like u were stepping on tiny dirt.

The pullout couch was old and noisy. Not comfortable at all. There weren’t and washcloths and the towels were super small.

The location was great. Really enjoyed being here and not too far from downtown. The bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size except for the closet

Musty moldy smell in room. I had housekeepers/ maintenance clean filter and grates which helped somewhat , but still created odor. Same problem last visit. Air ducts need cleaning. I’m very allergic to mold

Great breakfast. I stayed there 2 months ago and many of the things I complained about were remedied. Ie: parking area lights were fixed, and I wasn’t hassled about parking while I put my luggage in room.

The weather could have been a bit warmer....lol

The two biggest pluses.....your staff was sincerely friendly and helpful, and Breakfast was more than expected. The entire experience was excellent.
