We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaHousekeeping, especially the day of checkout. She came early about 8:30a and tried to enter my room even with the latch on. I had to get up and remind her that check out was noon. She responded by letting the doors slam on as she entered the adjacent rooms. That was not fun!
Check in team was wonderful. Shout outs to Mike and Cashmere! I arrived around midnight and Cashmere greeted me warmly and the check in process was seamless. Mike responded promptly to any of my concerns and provided sufficient remedies.

United States of AmericaPool is very small: no hot tub. Understaffed: picked room bc had sofa bed (not really sofa bed: just couch u can sleep on: no bed in it) no linens. Asked for linens and hung up on. Went down to front desk: sign says person is put helping someone: waited 10 min: saw no one. Went back to room. Called again: answered: told me I had to come down to front desk to get linens (no staff) came down 2nd time: only 1/2 linens in the bag and no pillow. I don’t know if I will stay again

United States of AmericaPull out mattress was heavily stained. no sheets pillows, blankets provided for pull out bed. Airport shuttle wasn't supposed to be requested ahead of time for return flight. when setting up shuttle to airport it was never mentioned. when I called to get something set up I was told that i couldn't because it needed to be further in advance. so we were left at the airport to fend for ourselves on how to get back to the hotel to get our car. definitely wont because to use the shuttle. Plus was also told we couldn't get a shuttle from airport due to them being understaffed. definitely should've been more communication on how the shuttle works.
Great price and location. Breakfast was ready early which was great since we were heading to an early flight. Shuttle was fast to airport, and driver was very friendly.

Someone tried to get into my room in the middle of the night - latch was in place, thankfully. This is not something you could prevent, I know. Front did not have any water available, although staff member was kind enough to offer a free soft drink.
