$200 for one night is not worth it. For that amount money I would like a whirlpool tub and there was only a shower or at a minimum a concierge.

The space was large for a solo traveler and the bed was comfy. The front desk staff was friendly and acvomodating.The kitchenette was a lovely surprise

Our room door was tricky, when you opened it, the deadbolt popped out, preventing it from closing automatically behind you. It still locked properly but you had to do manually. A couple of times the bathroom light did not come on when you pushed the button.

This was a very nice hotel, either newer or remodeled. We were about 10 minutes from downtown and Dow Gardens (which was the reason we stayed). It’s close to restaurants and coffee shops, and shopping. There’s a steakhouse within walking distance. They have a great pool/hot tub area, which I happened to have to myself for about an hour. The breakfast area was really good, with clean tables and hot food. There is a also patio outside where you can enjoy your food.

It was our second time staying at this property. This time we brought our family to see a Loons game. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was good and the dining area was pleasant. The room is spacious and comfortable.

Price. I work at the local hospital and had packed s bag as I travel 30 miles to work and a heavy snow was predicted. The price was raised higher within a matter of a couple of hours-due to the forecast I am sure

About a month after we stayed our credit card was for an unknown reason charged a second time for the price of the room. My husband immediately called the hotel and asked for an explanation. They said, “Well you stayed here on such and such a date.” My husband said, “Yes, we did but you already received the money and there is no reason you should be charging my card a second time.” The hotel did not provide a solution so we had to dispute the charge with our credit card company. That was very disappointing as we loved the room and the overall stay.

My husband and I were very impressed…staff was very friendly! thank you to all of them! Place was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Pool and workout area very clean as well. Best stay we’ve had on our travels.

Not a comfortable place to sit. The office chair was hard, sofa is too deep—if I sit all the way back against the cushion, the seat cushion is just below my knees. The bed was awesome, very comfortable.

There's not much to complain about! Our only issue was noisy neighbors, who were in the block of rooms next to ours and were partying on Thanksgiving until almost 1 in the morning. Besides that, it was wonderful.

The pool is well maintained, the staff are super nice and were very accommodating. A very clean facility!
