Everyone is so welcoming and when we had a small problem with our room they offered to change the room so we ended up doing just that. I love this hotel and try to stay here every time we come. Breakfast is good and they had a lot of offerings so that was nice. We didn’t use the pool so I can’t comment on that but overall a great place to stay

Second key fob didn't work, tried a new one and still didnt work and finally gave up. Bathroom toilet roll holder was broken. Traffic noise a little loud.

The breakfast was delicious and good variety between cold and hot options. The pool was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Our room was much smaller and more cramped than expected and furniture was falling apart. The pool is also in need of some care, the room and water smelled like wet sock.

We stayed two weekends in a row on our ten day trip to Minnesota. We saw barefooted people at breakfast both times and even some adults wearing their pajamas. Health regulations for restaurants do not allow barefooted people inside of restaurants, so why Springhill Suites allow them in your breakfast room? We even saw one young woman wearing a swimsuit to breakfast. Has Springhill Suites given up on decency? Health care inspectors would certainly not allow this.

The location was great. The rooms are nice and spacious. It was quiet so we slept well. Also close to some great places to eat out.

I did not like the pool temperature. I could not get in, it was too cold.

I liked the room, it was very nice and a good amount of space for a hotel room. The bed was the most comfortable bed EVER!! The staff was great and there when we needed them. The room was very clean.

Was truly nothing there to complain about. Just an amazing hotel!

Breakfast was OK. Best coffee I've ever had in a hotel! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be my goto if I ever get that way again!

Stayed two nights…on the first night the flush handle on the toilet literally fell off the toilet into my hand…had to have maintenance come and fix it. After he left it came undone again and I had to fix it myself. On the second night we got back to our room and the air wasn’t working. Maintenance came and tried to fix it, but couldn’t. We ended up having to move rooms. The front desk clerk, Matthew, was great and very apologetic but it was a pain having to move 5 people to a new room at 9:00 at night.

I’ve stayed at this facility in the past. 3 or 4 times over the years. It’s likely been 3 years since I’ve been back and what a terrible decline with in that time frame. This place is nothing short of disgusting. Everything about it is dirty and depressing. From the furniture, the carpets the elevator into the room, stained and spotted furniture and bedding. The sheets were washed but they outlived there use. The current items need to be cut up and used as rags. Most of the furniture looks like it should be sitting on the side of the road waiting for the dump truck. Management clearly doesn’t care and has totally checked out. Surprising that as a Marriott property this decline has been allowed to take place. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Had a reservation for the place, when I got there they said they had no more rooms. They said I had to stay next door to different very old and run down motel, that room was a little queen size bed (reservations were for king size suite). If a person makes a reservation, the motel sure as hell had better have a room waiting for him- especially when they're going to charge your card if you don't show up.

Nothing, even the air conditioner in the old rundown shack didn't work.

Pull out bed was dirty on the mattress and sheets were stained.

Rooms are big for value. Having a kitchen area helps out with kids. Shower pressure was awesome.
