The big problem was the blackout curtains, or lack thereof. The curtains in the room really didn't keep much light out, making it hard to sleep. Also, one of the beds is pushed up against the HVAC unit, so that it blows right on the bed. Could be uncomfortable for some folks. The breakfast area looked very nice, though we didn't have breakfast there.

Very spacious rooms. Nice that the bathroom and sink are separated. Our room had high ceilings and a nice kitchenette + 2 TVs. Shower was good. Room was quiet. There's a large shopping area nearby for those who want to pick up their own meals and provisions. Beds were comfortable.

I missed the entrance twice... it wasn't clearly marked and the parking lot was crowded. The happy hour attendant spent most of her time on the phone and was not attentive

The staff was terrific. I couldn't have asked for any more kindness, courtesy, or accommodation more than they provided. And, the breakfast was well set up and way beyond my expectations for a courtesy hotel breakfast

Breakfast could hape more healthy options.

I enjoyed the comfort and the tidiness of the room. It is also a very large room, with frigobar and a microwave. The staff was also very kind and attentive.

It has streaming services on the TV and the rooms were comfortable for a group to sleep comfortably and not on top of one another.

I loved its proximity to major highways and major roads. Also, it is located in a peaceful, quiet and safe area. The property has plenty of parking. The suite was spacious and well laid out. I liked that they offered coffee and breakfast, so you didn’t feel like you had to leave the hotel for another meal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere all around.

The location was a little further than I expected from all things sleepy hollow aka their man street. The property itself isn’t anything like the tarrytown estates where my cousin stayed it looked right out of a Salem movie lol. It was just a basic hotel but this was kind of expected when booking I just thought it would be closer to all the fun.

It was clean and they had an awesome free breakfast. It looked like a buffet at a restaurant. The staff was friendly and check in was smooth.

Toiletries in bathroom, a little more assortment, like q tips, shower cap, I did like the make up remover wipes tho! The wet bar should have glasses if someone wants a drink also

The breakfast was very impressive! It was more than continental! A great assortment of items.. especially the egg ,ham and cheese sandwich. Also the staff was very accommodating with all our needs! And the David cookie 🍪 was a yummy touch

The kids were really looking forward to the pool, but they were disappointed that it wasn't in operation.

The employees were very kind and the shuttle bus system was very convenient.The room was spacious and the breakfast was very satisfying.Over all I was very satisfied.
