You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaEasier access to car without having to carry your luggage up the stairs. A ramp would have been nice as my luggage has wheels on it. I don’t know how a person in a wheelchair Could have gotten to their room from the parking lot. I didn’t see any access. I never signed in as the office was closed when I arrived at 5:45 pm. A groundskeeper showed up with keys to let myself and another guest into our rooms.
Breakfast consisted of a coffee maker set up on a deck where you could make your own.

United States of AmericaIt would be excellent to have small Keurig in each room, especially with the restaurant being closed. Would love to see them install an ADA ramp for walkers and wheelchairs. Their septic needs updating especially if we will all be dealing with this very wet weather and soggy soil.
We really enjoyed that this hotel is truly pet welcoming. The grounds are lovely. Enjoyed the well mowed fields to walk our dogs. Like the clean flooring and the mini-fridge. Loved the comfortable bedding and the beautiful large shower.

United States of AmericaThere is no restaurant or bar, the self service breakfast offerings were meager--and not a single piece of fresh fruit to be had. There was a loud window air conditioner that was ineffective. No one was on hand to process my payment.
It was quiet and near enough to downtown Manchester. I only had contact with the grounds keeper, who was pleasant.

The staff was super nice about it and refunded us for the room. We were told they just bought the place recently and are working hard to make improvements so once they get the old carpet out it should make a big difference. The shower was amazing.
