My bathroom ceiling was leaking and they gave me another room and the deadbolt to the door was broke and the tv didnt work so i moved back to the leaky bathroom.

I booked this hotel back in February during the ice storm because of shuttle service and breakfast and nightly snacks during week nights but didnt get any of these amenities. The driver didn't show so had to call cab. There was no breakfast or snacks due to no staff. They gave me a key to a room that was occupied then had someone walk in on my room as well. Seems to be a language barrier between cleaning crew and front desk.

Walking distance of 54th St grill that had really good food..front desk staff was super friendly. They didn't charge me for one night but not because of my issues. It was because they made a mistake. Oh well, I'll take it! Lol

I didnt like that there was an old smell to the hallways and room. The restroom floor had some loose tile. It didnt look clean. There was water stains (white chalky) in the restroom. I had higher expectations since I had previously stayed at another staybridge location. Needs improvement the beds were not too comfy

The cleanliness of the kitchen area was not up to my liking, some of the kitchen items should have been cleaned better. Specifically the items in the kitchen drawers. Also the back of the toilet bowl keep running…I had to constantly lift the knob on the toilet so it could stop making noises.

The place could use a little sprucing up. Flooring in my hotel room looked a little dated. The elevators looked a little shabby. I enjoy a more spit and polished look in the common areas.

The breakfast was excellent. All the food groups were well represented...Tasty!!! I love hotels proximity to DFW. It was a quick 10 minute drive to my meetings at the Hyatt Regency.

the bathroom sink had little to no water pressure. the bathroom walls need a good cleaning. and the bathtub needs to be re-caulked due to mildew forming.

odd smell in room, temp in room never was right - too hot always, cleaning staff left coffee pot dirty - with filter in the coffee maker every time, cleaning staff never replenished the soap and moisturizer lotion, hotel was under construction and I did not know this until I checked in,

having a kitchenette, size of shower, sink area was large enough, large TV and lots of good channels, and the breakfast buffet was fine.

I don’t like that the ice came out with dirty particles, there were men walking around with no shirts, it seems more creepy like a motel. The couches are dirty along with the stained carpets. This is my 3rd time trying to give this hotel a chance because this was always my go to hotel. But since a new company and management has took over(bcz I definitely inquired) it has become like a motel stay and I’ve only been to a motel once in my lifetime and I WOULD NEVER want that experience again but if you come to this location you might have that experience. It looked like prostitution was going on right in the lobby area ewe just a place I wouldn’t want family or friends to experience and it was soooooo EMBARRASSING 😳. Last time the lights were off for almost the whole day. This hotel is not the experience I want to have and it’s just slum. I never left a review for this hotel in such a way but this hotel deserves to be known. I hated my stay just because it was a downright hot mess and I wanted to leave but couldn’t bcz all my daughters friend had already arrived😣😣😣😣😞😞

Booking said there was a hot tub and airport shuttle. We were on a layover and wanted a place that came with a shuttle and hot tub. Turns out there was not a shuttle on the weekends. We paid for an Uber and when we got there they informed us the hot tub was broken. We asked if there was anywhere to get food and the guy at the desk said there was a Walmart. There ended up being restaurants near that we googled on our own. We could have had a better experience for less than half the price.

The shuttle to the airport was not working as advertised which resulted in the need for a taxi. The TV in the room was poor quality picture, the duty manager came to look at it but could not resolve it so just left. Didn't offer to change it or change the room. At check in was told by the manager breakfast started at 7am. Advertised as 06.30 start so missed breakfast due to leaving for flight. The tap in the kitchen area would not provide cold water only warm water side was working. The air conditioning unit was not good hardly no fan. The room was dated. The BBQ area was dirty.

We ended up having 3 rooms to finally get one that was habitable. The first room the AC did not work. The second room, the AC worked great, but we discovered that the AC was causing a large flood in the bathroom after about an hour of getting settled into the room. The third room was what it should have been, but by then it was after midnight.

Front Desk Staff Cleanliness

Front Desk was sitting and would not get up to help. When checking in my room number was announced loudly while others were in the lobby. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Asked for extra towels and was told I had to come to Front Desk to get them and they were tiny! Shower took forever to get hot and was covered in mold
