There was so much to love! First, Dodie, the hotel manager, called us in transit to make sure we were on our way and stayed at the office until we got there (even though I am pretty sure it was after office hours.) We loved the room. I had read reviews that it was too small. but we found it to be perfect. We had gotten soaked in Boston and had to hang up all of our wet items and there were hangers available and plenty of space to put our wet shoes out on newspaper to dry. The room was modern, but also decorated with lovely natural textiles. I appreciated the eco-friendly products and compostable trash bags and containers for recycling, trash and compost. It was well appointed with a TV, USB charging tower, mini-fridge, ice bucket, electric kettle, coffee, creamer, and tea. The shower was hot and powerful. THE LOCATION is so beautiful right across from Long Sands Beach and within walking distance of town and the Nubble Light House. The Restaurant was a savior. Since we traveled on "shoulder" season, some places were closed up and as a medically gluten free person, I was so excited that Stone's Throw had so many delicious choices for me and I was not eating protein bars and salads when my husband had all the good seafood. The buttermilk chicken sandwich was amazing and would feed 3 people. We would love to come back.

Perfect coastal hotel. The location to the beach is so nice. The room decor was so cute. We had everything we needed, including a nice shower Great bed as well.

1) It can be a bit noisy, but it’s doable. 2) When we left, we forgot some items in the fridge. Coming back for that 2 hours later, we were told all was in the trash. When we (unexpectedly?) started looking there for a full and unopened jar of jam, one of the staff-members we had been asking about it came over to us and handed us the full jar. We found that a bit awkward

Stairs. Def not handicap accesable. My car bottomed out every time I came in or out of the driveway. Balcony should have a little higher wall between rooms. .

The view was amazing! Was really clean and staff was very nice. Other than a few guests slamming there doors at night. Was guiet.

We are big foodies and the only critique was the food. All of our dishes were under seasoned and unfortunately not memorable. A perfect balance to salt and acid goes a long way to elevate any dish. I'm hoping next time will be different ⁹

The room was so comfy and being so close to the water and waves was perfect, what a great property! The decor was clean and fresh with rustic and industrial touches, love that vibe! PS the bed and linens were amazing... slept so well !

The stairs were a problem for me as I have advanced RA. And as we were leaving before 11am they had just been washed with a soapy water solution and were quite slippery.
