Everything was perfect

The house was comfortable, clean all I can say is amazing. So much room, it was huge. Every room was in great theme and furniture was beautiful. I never felt so comfortable. The location was perfect and quiet. The best thing was the hot tub and pool which I really enjoyed at night with the lights and TV on the deck .the location had the best shopping, restaurants a few miles from the property. I will be definitely staying again.

Everything was perfect, we spent an unforgettable week at Florida, the neighborhood was excellent, the house was clean, close to everything , I was traveling with Teenagers, they loved it, and the host was very nice. We will definitely come back there.

We felt like a few touches were missing, such as hooks/rods for hanging bathroom towels (shower rods were too high to be useful for this purpose), additional kitchen trash bags and a spare set of linens as mentioned in the listing. Overall, nothing drastic enough to affect our rating. For future guests' reference, I would say the bunk beds are best suited for children, not adults.

We found the house to be as pictured. Our favorite property feature was having the two community pool areas to enjoy. We liked that the layout of the house was able to accommodate our party of eleven people and we felt spread out. We had good communication with our host during the stay.

How spacious the rooms were. The opening area upstairs! Loved the pool area with grill! Everything was very good. Loved the owner the most very nice gentleman! Check in guards were amazing as well! Very well kept house and most of all very beautiful!!!

The entire house was very clean, beautifully decorated. Perfect location for Disneyland and airport..and the host was very helpful.

1. issue with the alarm system late at night after a long day at magic kingdom. apparently we did not have access to disarm the alarm. This was very stressful and woke our kids. called the property contact and she made a call to ADT to resolve. A man then called me after to ask me what was going on. No advance instruction was provided for the alarm system. 2. issue with the door code, again, late at night, after a long day. The contact resolved this quite quickly but no apology or explanation as to why this happened. Both issues cost me a small fortune to resolve. UK phone charges are extortionate for calling US numbers. 3. a guide book for the house (amenities, trash etc) was to be provided. we didn’t find this until our last day. it was inside a drawer. this should be in plain sight for a new guest.

stunning house, plenty of space for a family. lovely pool area and bbq. everything was top notch. 18 minute drive to Disney parks. Very comfortable beds.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the actual Community pool/lazy river was located in another community which required you to drive. Therefore, we never used the community amenities. Thankfully, there was a private pool and jacuzzi on-site along with a game /movie room. This made our experience better.

The Villa is gorgeous and very spacious. The interior decor is absolutely stunning. Excellent taste in decor. I loved that it was very clean and everything we needed was available.

The property is large enough, with plenty of beds, but the kitchen is not fully equipped; the dishes are old and dirty, the bathrooms lacked toilet paper, and the towels had a bad odor. It's too much money for what they offer. The grill is very dirty.

The linens were incomplete. Decorative pillows were given to sleep on in every room but the two masters. The Mickey room linens were stained from bleach. It took some convincing to the kids that they were fine to sleep on. The rugs in the loft and upper master were buckled and a trip hazard. Found pills and broken glass on the downstairs master bedroom, the owner was very apologetic. The pool deck was not cleaned and had a hose scattered around. The rec area smelled moldy and from what I have been told, a strip club. Had a broom, but a dust pan. The garbage from the cleaners was left in front of the unit for two days before picked up.

We were staying in this area with our soccer team. showcase Nice location, close to ESPN WWS. Beds were really comfortable. Overall nice place, but not managed with pride. I’ll pay extra to stay on Disney property next time. Owner was available to text, which was helpful. Close to Publix, target and array of restaurants.

The spy camera at the pool, dirty cooking utensils, no gas for the dirty grill, and the upstairs was not comfortable at all the rooms were not cool during the night
