We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BrazilThere are no pan, plates or cups inside of room, You must to bring with you if you want to cook at room. The towels is not the best quality I have seen. There is limited time to booking, Advice if you need diferent time.
The hotel are in good place, there are vendal machine inside, there are good security, parking free and the best burger from Alexandria stay beside of hotel.

This is what I didn’t like the room for a week $451.00 and my brother and his wife asked how much for a week they were told $274.00 a week so why did O pay so much . The room wasn’t clean . The comforter was white with blood stains on both beds pillows dirty . Roaches big and small . I went and told the front desk they came in and sprayed by the kitchen sink and dresser that was the only place . I stayed in the room they said they had no other room available. That was a lie they gave my brother a room with 2 beds after saying they didn’t have one stove was rusty floor very dirty and sticky. After I told front desk about the roaches they stop speaking yo me . The only reason I stayed was because me and my 72 year old mom was there because my brother was sick and in the hospital . We were at the hospital most of the time we really didn’t stay there much was at the hospital most of the time ended up putting my brother in hospice. We are going through a tough time right now that room just added more stress to it . We were there from Sep 16-23 ,2022 . What we experienced I wouldn’t have wished on my worst enemy, It was in Alexandria,La . Everything they said shouldn’t be going on there . The owner should really come check his place out before it be closed down from mismanagement . I feel we deserve a refund . I bought a mop, broom and cleaning supplies I cleaned until 1am first night and up killing roaches zI had to buy Raid then 6 days later they got the Exterminator stating my room was one of the ones to be sprayed I found no spray other than the spray I put down. Wr paid too much to have a bad experience like that at our time of need . We want a refund. I’m writing a letter to Mr Steven Siegel as well.
