The staff! I called early in the day before I left my other motel to see if I could get an early check-in. The gentleman that answered said it wouldn't be a problem I chose not to dress for the wedding that I had to be to at 3pm, because I could get the early check-in. Upon arrival, I went to the office to check-in, no one there, used phone on desk to call for help. The 3rd try a lady answered, rudely told me there couldn't be a early check-in, there was no man that answered the phone & she had absolutely no rooms ready. She did eventually tell me I could come back at 2 for check-in. Which I did, although I was late for the wedding, I did get there, but was stressed & very frustrated.

It was easy to find. Good access to the city. The room was very clean.

My reservation listed a non-smoking room, but my room smelled so strongly of smoke it was hard to sleep well.

I didn't have a chance to eat breakfast, I was up and out the door pretty early.

Furnishings inside the room were old, dirty, stained. Parking area and aisle ways really need to be cleaned up. This facility didn't live up to the Rodeway Brand.

Hotel is OLD, somewhat run down. Bed was comfortable, but the furnishings in the room were very old and not in great shape. Good shower pressure. The exterior (Parking lot, aisle ways, etc) could use a good pressure washing. Lots of debris and dirt.

I always request a downstairs only room, as I have had knee surgeries. But this week they couldn’t accommodate that, but failed to tell me so I could find another motel. I had to keep my reservation and the upstairs room, only damaging my knee.

Our television didn’t work. There were missing buttons/knobs etc on everything. At one time I’m sure the room was nice but it’s extremely run down.

There was no one in the office for like 2 hours The beds are uncomfortable I woke up in the morning with my back hurting so bad I have lower back issues I was in alot of pain also theres no breakfast

That I booked this room months in advance and on my way there they sent email, didn't call but emailed to tell me they overbooked and so they canceled my room.

Filthy room, old dirty lenens, evidence of bugs, old unkept interior badly need of cleaning and new lenins, hint of smokey room, hot water went off due to old boiler, totally a disqusting experience, chevked out early and mived down tbe street. Want a full refund

The room was filthy! Food remints, dead bugs, and LOTS of dirt all over the floors. The bathroom was not clean, you could see dirt smear marks on the shower walls. Towels had black hair on them - None of my family has black hair. The door dead bolt didn't work because of the miss alignment of the door and the door jam. The door also didn't fully close to the door jam, leaving a 1/4" gap at the bottom. The sheets on the bed were old, had stains, and tears, but clean I could smell the bleach. The chair in the room was covered in stains. The walls in the room were marked with dirt smears and I'm not sure what the other marks were. I was expecting/marked up and old furniture but not a filthy room. The pool needed cleaning, had lots of debris floating and at the bottom.

The staff at check in was friendly.

Lot's of locals are living at this hotel. Being a Friday night. people were visiting. At least everyone there all work and the party was over by 1:30am when someone pushed on our door and actually had it open. We had the dead bolt on otherwise they would have been in the room with us. The first room was a disaster. The second room was only a little better. My husband refused to get into the sheets. I was scared. We didn't want to loose our money. We work hard for it. I think we should have walked and stayed somewhere else.

They changed our room when the first one was worse than the second room. Our door had wood on it where it had been broken into. The bedspread was full of cigarette burns. Dead fly on the sheets.

Rooms, towels, complete motel area generally very old and dirty! Nothing really works! Dead mouse in the room! No water to shower! Kicked in the bathroom door and stabbed the door.
