To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

we’ve stayed here quite a few times and we have been pleased with it but I called them on Tuesday after I left Sunday because I had forgotten a necklace I secured on the lamp between the beds and asked if the cleaning lady had found it and turned it in to the office and after several calls of multiple days I was told that they didn’t see it. it’s very disappointing to get an answer that they said they didn’t see it. if they did a good cleaning of the room they found it. but it’s ok, it was my fault for not getting it before I left. just disappointed that the staff would not be honest and turn it in. it’s not like they couldn’t have called me cause they had my phone number and I could’ve had a family member that lives in Athens pick it up for me. ohhh and the reason I was there was cause I had a family member that had cancer and had been moved in to hospice care so I really had a lot on my mind. I did mention to the counter people that it had a sentimental from my daughter from Father’s Day in hopes of getting it back. I wasn’t trying to get anyone in trouble, I just wanted my necklace back and didn’t. just a very disappointed customer.

The room was clean and smelled okay. The girl in the front was nice and cleaning crew was nice. The owner made me sign something stating that I had a disability because of my REGISTERED Emotional Support Dog. So wrong. I filed a complaint for his HIPPA violation.

United States of AmericaRoom had a slight mildew smell, comforter and mattress cover both had cigarette burns in them. You had to hand tighten/loosen bulb for light by TV in BOTH rooms in order to turn the lights on and off because attached dial does nothing when you turn it. Mini fridge woke us up multiple times throughout the night every time it would kick on. We ended up playing music every night to drowned out the sound of the fridge. One of the many construction workers staying on property the same week hit my car with his truck. Ultimately my biggest complaint is the lack of urgency and communication from the manager. Every time he has spoken to me he has been pleasant, respectful, and understanding. However, I checked out on December 26 and still have yet to have the security deposit refunded back to my card. I left a message with the sweet day shift lady and was told he would call me back that night. I waited over 24 hours and called back and was told again by another employee that I would get a call back that night. The NEXT day I finally received a callback. So it took almost 3 days. I’m not sure why the staff would keep telling me he would call me the same evening if he was not in town?? When the manager finally called me, he insisted he would take care of it and would follow up with me after the weekend and call me on Monday. It is now Wednesday and I have not gotten a callback. I have called the hotel again, and once again was told he would call me back later in the evening. He never did…I was told by a young man with a bit of an attitude working a night shift that it takes 5 business days and that there’s nothing they could do to help me. We’re going on 8 business days now. As a single mother I don’t typically have “spare” money lying around, I need my money back so I can buy groceries. Also booking.com quoted each room as being a total of $390.89 (incl tx) and I was charged $398.40 for each room for a total overcharge of $15.02.
Easy to find. Conveniently located by a gas station and an excellent donut shop! Not bad for the price. I booked two rooms and both were pretty clean. Enjoyed the cable and Wi-Fi in the room. The woman who checked me in was very pleasant and took time to small talk with me. Much appreciated after a long drive!

The “breakfast” consisted of a very small packaged muffin and honey bun. There was coffee to drink.
