We aren't people who eat in the morning, so breakfast is never a decision making point. We arrived in a heavy rain storm, so we didn't get to see much around the hotel as we arrived at dark.

something they don’t have control over— between and disheveled vacant lot and and budget hotel that isn’t in the sane league.

i thought it was a good value on my last stay in February. Since then they’ve got a fresh coat of white paint on the exterior and many interior hallways. They’ve also put i sone high quality carpet in the hallways that reflects what they had done in the rooms .

No electricity outlet near the table and the chair. There are not so many electricity outlets in the room. Fridge runs with a noise to make me hard to fall asleep.

Location is good for me to have a close approach to Quarter Horse Museum. The room is large with a fridge and a microwave. The bedroom and the bathroom are both clean.

the neighborhood is a bit rough, and the doors to the outside didn’t lock to the key, which didn’t give me any warm fuzzy feelings see the homeless village that is right behind the hotel.

Basic motel for a night stay.

centrally located although the area is not very nice. there are next door lots that makes the property look run down and dangerous.

Breakfast was poor. I had to pieces of toast and jelly with coffee. Really hoped for a plain bagel with cream cheese at minimum.

Two little things: at first, the receptionist assigned me a room that was already occupied, which was quite an awkward surprise! I did get another right away and no harm was done, but it could have been much worse. She said "that doesn't happen very often." Why does it happen at all?? Then, around 4am, there was a loud knock on my door and shuffling of feet in the hallway outside. I didn't answer and whoever it was went away, but it totally spooked me.

The bed was comfy and the room was clean enough! Breakfast in the morning was quiet and generous. For the price, it's hard to complain. I had a fine experience overall.

The area seemed a little seedy, and the room a little grimy. Clean enough to get some rest, but not clean enough to want your infant crawling on the floor. The toilet was difficult to flush, and the tv screen was damaged.

The property was conveniently located off the interstate. Parking was ample. They allowed for large moving trucks, which we had, and an early check in. Hot showers!

The property is right next to an inn that looked like a condemned building. The lady at the front desk during breakfast was less than hospitable. It was a Sunday morning and breakfast is only until 9AM. There was a couple with about 6 kids trying to get breakfast just a little after 9AM. I saw the 2 young ones try to get coffee to warm up their tummy. The frontdesk/breakfast lady that Sunday morning mentioned that if people would like breakfast that they need to wake up early. That nobody was there earlier so they cleaned up and brought in the food. They could have atleast offered that family to bring out milk and cereal or hot chocolate and some muffins, or let the food out until at least 9:30. Surely, that family booked more than one room. Poor customer service for an overpriced motel.

The property is right out the exit from I40. We initially got assigned with a room that smelled like cigarettes. The young lady at the front desk that checked us in was quick to accommodate our request to switch rooms. She was pleasant and accommodating.

For the amount of money we paid for the room the beds weren't very comfortable

Intentionally wanted to be close to The Big Texan and this was honestly pretty close.
