The ac didn't work too well, so the room didn't always stay a very comfortable temperature. The elevator was out and had been for quite a long time.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The rooms were good for the value.

There were some issues. They do have a new system of some kind, and this caused them to take two hours after they put me in a room, to actually charge my card. It caused me worry and distress. The Internet did not work in my room. I guess it was too far back. This caused me a lot of stress when I had a virtual job interview. I wasn't pleased with that. They were adamant about house keeping coming in every day which is bothersome to me. Lastly there was some difficulty between a female front desk person and myself that I saw no reason for. I was unable to take a bath. And the bed hurt my back.

Of course it was an economical price. It was clean and nest. They do burn incense up front, but I rather liked it. I had good privacy, mostly. The housekeeper did seen to be honest and hard working and nobody barged in on me. Their price charged agreed with booking.cim.

I had book a reservation on booking.com and paid in advance. The man (I think the owner) at the desk when I checked in took my debit card but I told him I had prepaid. He then assured me that I would not be double charged but I was.

Heater wasn't very good, room cold. Had to fold double the sheet and blanket to be able to stay asleep. Bathroom tub dripped. I could hear conversations at the front desk very clearly (Room 120).

Impressed that coffee and breakfast were ready very early, Had to leave 5:30 AM and was able to indulge before hitting the road.

Bed was not comfortable, floor felt like it had water damage at some point and would give in a few places when stepped on. Elevator was broken.

Location is perfect, right by 65. Price for the value was good. Check in was easy, and staff were polite.

It looked like the room was not given a once over before our stay. The toilet had sat too long and was getting a black ring around the bowl. The staff done the job but without a smile or enthusiasm. I will look for a different place to stay in the future... this would not be a first choice. Breakfast was offered I would have liked to see fresh fruits instead of prepackaged junk food.

I found trash and someone personal items in my room. Also air conditioner barely cooled the room.

1. Found bed bug on 3rd day. Staff did not offer to wash my clothing. I ended up checking out 2 days early putting everything in plastic bags and treating it at home (a 15 hour drive). 2. Several of the electrical outlets were faulty. It took forever to charge my phone because I had to keep jiggling the cord until I found a "sweet spot." My phone eventually went into battery protect mode. 3. Toilet handle kept falling off until it finally broke. They replaced it. 4. Bed sagged deeply on one end. 5. No decaf coffee available. 6. No WIFI. This may have been a regional issue and not the hotel's fault, but no password was offered, in case it got fixed.

Good water pressure in the shower. Fully functioning refrigerator and freezer. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was generally pleasant, although a bit hard to understand. Room was good size.

The possible predator who paid a year to live there and no one would do anything about. But every time I went outside or my daughter went outside he would come out of his room which was across the hall from us. We ended up leaving a day early a I feared for our safety!! Watch out for room 101!

They made a copy of my driver's license and I didn't appreciate that. There is so much identify theft going on right now. The lady at the desk told me that they had a guy want into his room and it wasn't his so that is why they wanted a picture of your driver's license. I will not stay there anymore. She told me that she would give the copy of it when I checked out and they didn't give me that copy.

I appreciate the motel giving me a last minute reservation. Passing through on the way home, I was so tired and had to stop somewhere. They were extremely friendly.

It was run down. The smell when you first walk in is bad. The side door near the street does not lock. The elevator is broken. Lots of holes everywhere... sheets, curtian, shower curtian, towels... everything was old and had holes.

The location was nice. In walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
