The hotel is a bit rundown, and the young lady at the front desk was not very friendly.

The room was a bit run down, definitely needs a new toilet seat. Location was good, for our travel schedule.

No door handle/nob o bathroom door. Floor hsd cracks hurt bare feet. Refrigerator did not work and in the morning maid apologized she had unplugged it to defrost. Out food spoiled. Nice restaurant close by

Breakfast was really poor. No eggs or sausages. No milk laid out. Only 1 waffle maker, everyone had to queue to use. Generally, poor excuse for a hot meal.

It seemed like they were trying to save a buck at every turn. Advertised breakfast, bagel pastries bin filled with white bread, no fruit, 1 flavor of oatmeal and terrible coffee.

It felt like the 2nd floor balcony was going to fall at any time, the room smelled funny, and it is a grab and go breakfast,not much to choose from.

The attendant who checked us in was unusually impolite…curt, unresponsive, and denied the property had any 1st floor rooms. It was only after I requested to cancel, primarily due to her rudeness, that she summoned the owner and he took one look at the computer a said they had several rooms on the first floor. He departed and she continued to provide the least amount of customer service necessary to complete the transaction.

They charge $15 per day - per dog and do not have a place for them to potty. There is an unkept field with paint and construction supplies everywhere and nasty puddling water that he (the owner) pointed me to. There was a leak in the room above us that was leaking down our bathroom wall and bubbling our ceiling. We brought him in to show him and he said to leave a towel down.

We went 4th of July week and the location for viewing was great, but a very noisy location. Was not aware at booking

the towel rack was falling off the wall, there was a hole in the bathroom wall. the safety fuse by the sick kept tripping which would turn off all the power to the bathroom area. the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. only two towels were provided for 4 people and when I asked for more I had to wander the property to find the housekeeper.

the room design was nice. I liked the photos above the beds.

Bed was uncomfortable (hard) and pillows were flat. TV receiver control box mounted on wall has a light on it so bright you could see it from space, not to mention it kept me up all night 🤨

Bath towel was exceptionally soft. Was expecting hard scratchy, was pleasantly surprised.

Tv was fuzzy and remote didn’t work properly. One of the Stairways to level two was not useable and the other needs work as it’s slick.

Dirty large coffee spot (looked fresh, not stained) on comforter that should have been changed when bedding was changed. Stains on the top sheet. breakfast was lacking. Just toast, cereal yogurt and fruit.
