place didn't tell me what time check out was and the housecleaning spoke about me in spanish, i didn't say anything even though i understood so i thought it was very rude of them. there was also handprints on the bedframe and there was dirt behind bathroom door that housecleaning seemed to miss from previous guests.

The desk clerk did not inform me of the WiFi password. The television reception was very poor. There was more snow on the TV screen than in the Sierra Nevada mountains. The plastic flooring was chipped. The bathroom door had been smashed in and poorly repaired. The grey wall color and black door colors were depressing. Whoever repainted the rooms did not know about masking tape. The smoke detector was missing. The drain stopper in the sink was missing. The arms on the one chair was repaired with duct tape. No drinking cups were provided. The maximum temperature of the shower was tepid.

The bed was comfortable. The room heater properly.

They had nothing like breakfast. It is all a lie to get people sign up with them. The staff was rude and confrontational when I asked about how to get the heating on due to the broken buttons. Shower head was so bad. Toilet seat was not clean. Not worth the money.

It would have been a much nicer stay and I would have went to sleep in the bed even though it was a piece of crap mattress. Which wouldn't have been a very comfortable sleep on that mattress but I would have slept on it .But because of the roaches I didn't deartry to sleep in that bed because I saw 5 of the roaches on the bed.

I did not have any breakfast. And the room was infested with roaches I saw at least 25 -30 lil babies and 20-25 bigger ones I killed 8 of them .

There was not breakfast I booked the room online for $60 a night when I went to check in he changed me $80 + $40 deposit then someone up stairs stomping hard all night then 8am the construction man started working on the room next door so I could not rest he wanted me to switch rooms move all that I had in my room 8 in the morning so inconvenient I just said refund me I'll check out he didn't want to refund me for the second day wow he said he would give me credit when I come back I'll see

When I checked in, the guy behind the desk tried to tell me there was a $20 cash only deposit for “room security.” When I got to the room, there were was a mystery white goop stain at the foot of the bed that hadn’t been cleaned up. The bathroom door, which looked like it had been stolen from an auction for broken front doors, looked like someone had punched a hole in it but tried to fix it with caulk and paint. There was 1 bar of soap total to share between the bathroom sink and shower. The refrigerator wobbled and had no shelves. Not an issue if you don’t plan to use it. Unfortunately, staying for 5 days meant having to store food and drinks in there. Every time I opened it, the contents would slide/roll out to the floor. The first night when I opened the door a 7-up came rolling out and exploded all over the floor. There was only 2 towels in the room, both completely non absorbent. When I talked to the front desk about it the next day to get the floor cleaned up and get a new towel, I was told someone would be up in 10-15 minutes. No one ever came and I was left with stick tacky floors and 1 towel for the entire stay. The sheets had mystery stains and burn holes. The shower water was mostly warm. Also, whatever the ad or website says, breakfast is most definitely NOT included.

The only thing good about the property was the location being right across the street from Aftershock.

Nothing, Booked my room in February, through Booking. Com. Called and confirmed got confirmation from Booking. Com. Got there there's no room for me, its a busy weekend, After Shock. So make this short, I left there with no room, Crossroads blames it on Booking. Com. Couldn't get through to Booking. Com. Didn't want to deal with it. So now I'm home, and won't do Crossroads, or Booking. Com ever again.

The non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes upon arrival. the safety door latch in the room was broken in half. when I requested a room change due to safety concerns, they noted that there was only one available room but I would have to pay $145 to book it. at check out time (which is before 11:00am) no one was at the desk for at least half an hour. I wouldn’t stay here again.
