I was charged an extra night and was told it had been taken care of. I had to end up calling the hotel to rectify the situation. They almost wouldn't refund my charge!

My room was close to the exit. There were very few guest there. It was as I had the place to myself.

The fan in the bathroom did not work and I was mold in the shower. The sink also was very slow to drain.

We were informed that the hotel was under new management and the old management left things to be ironed out. We were very disappointed in the breakfast, in a nutshell there was never anything left. It didn't matter if we got there at 8:00 am or 9:30 am, there was no eggs, potatoes left, the second morning they didn't even have any milk. The juice machine didn't work. They didn't have anyone to replenish anything as the "cook" prepares everything and then leaves.

The young woman at the front desk was wonderful, very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Pleasant young man helped my older friend up stairs with luggage and wouldn't accept tip! Woman explained that I overpaid using Booking so couldn't do anything for me! Education!

The microwave was broken. The breakfast sucked and I had a bad dream from the negative vibes in the building.

I had to change rooms at midnight the first night I was there because the toilet stopped working. Also, there wasn't enough breakfast the first night I stayed and they didn't refill any of the food. One day coffee was made, one day it had run out and no new coffee was made.

Not much for breakfast. We did not eat. Power Supply should be updated. Many plug ins on an extension. No room to plug a computer in at the desk. The toilet rim is getting pretty black. Yuck. The TV is down to low to watch comfortably from the bed. We elevated it so we could watch it comfortably. Reclining chair sure could use a steam clean.

Overall it could use some updates, new carpet and tvs but nothing that would cause me not to book here again.

Common areas could use some cleaning, particularly the carpet of the stairs and hallways. Also, the tub and shower could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Theyn served and early breakfast, which was unexpected, but part of the food was cold, though it had just been made. This was due to the container holding it not being turned on and being warm prior to the food going in to it.

The front desk person was great. Very nice and personable, and informative. Bed felt good and I liked the pillows. Shower was good, with plenty of hot water.

Place was a bit rundown. Mostly clean except for some spots in the bathroom.
