The hall ways were nasty people having their kids playing in the halls while they were in the room people doing drugs in the parking lot

This hotel was not the cleanest, the front door was grubby, the carpet on the stairs was really dirty. The luggage caddies looked like they would break at any moment. The breakfast was minimal, perhaps boiled eggs could of been a nice option. And the breakfast area was messy with spilled corn flakes etc. There was only powdered creamer, which is disgusting. The room was basic and appeared to be clean. A couple of towels had holes in them. This is a basic hotel, but the main/general areas were not the cleanest.

The front lobby area was inviting! The fireplace was going and felt warm and cozy. The price was reasonable.

The standards of hygiene were at the bottom side of the scale: the sheets were really dirty ( in the upgraded room we found some hair in the bed that was definitely not ours ), the bathroom could use a drastic renovation, the overall feeling was that it was not really clean and obsolete.

The smooth check-in, friendly reception, the room upgrade / unfortunately after we complained about stained sheets / the breakfast was ok (waffles), free parking

After driving 11/2 hrs couldn’t get into room for an hr! System was downgraded

The tub was worn out and disgusting. The breakfast could have been good, but everything was gone. The attendant was more worried about his cell phone and not making sure it was property stocked.

The juice machine was watered down, the toaster was gross on the outside, AC machine was quite old. They tried to charge me 15 USD for being "late" on check out despite clearly stating I was checking out soon, but when I went to the counter to check out not 15 minutes later the only person running the counter was out getting groceries or something and I waited 20 minutes before finally consulting the cleaning staff. They were also unaware of his leave.

They had an HDTV and the refrigerator was cold in my room, breakfast was well stocked.

Some sketchy people in the lobby/parking area when we arrived (high?), but the same person seemed ok in the morning when we saw them. The shower was very old; peeling paint, taped up faucet, etc. It worked just fine, but wasn’t pretty 😆 There was no TP in the room when we arrived but this was taken care of immediately after we asked.

Super comfortable beds, nice staff who were super helpful and obviously wanted people to enjoy their stay.

Bathroom was not as clean as we would have expected. No hot water from sink faucet. Notified front desk about problem. We asked for extra towels and employee did not knock, but just started to unlock door. The breakfast consisted of nothing but breads (waffle, breads, muffins, cereal) and a few apples. We would have appreciated a little more variety.

Check in was pleasant and easy. Room was nice, but could use an update. Appeared that they were upgrading some things.
