The lights in the parking lot were lacking. It looks rough . The bedding was clean but the floors and carpets were not very clean. No elevator. Swimming area not open.

The desk clerk was very nice.

The Manager, that worked 8 am to 12 pm, was polite and helpful and smiling and so friendly All the Time!! All the staff was wonderful!

Ancient beds and bedding, dirty carpet, terribly run down facility, thin walls, noisy. Lights and TV unplugged. TV did not work. Refrigerator did not work. Bathroom and shower were disgusting. Toilet seat was incorrect shape/size and was not attached correctly. The place is beyond needing repairs and should be leveled and replaced.

Staff was okay and they had running water and a bed for the night. WiFi worked. We liked that the run down state of the room had us excited to hit the road early in the morning.

We’ll I had reserved 2 beds and when I checked in there was only one bed so I paid for a 2 bed and only got one the shower pressure was terrible and cold

The room was very dark even with the lights on. The shower had mold in it. The bed covers were stained. We didn’t end up staying. After seeing the room, we checked out and went to a different hotel in the area.

The front desk staff was very friendly.

The smell in our room, the shower and the fact I had to pay for another room because I called and said I need a handicap room so they booked 4 people into a king room, then before leaving I found they charged me twice. The shower head had two settings the handicap room we had 5 foot run from shower bench to shower head that couldn’t move

The website pictures are deceiving, it looks nicer than it is. Breakfast was poor, only options waffles, toast & cereal. The indoor pool water was cold so we did not swim, but was one reason we chose this hotel.

Room Located on bottom level. The staff accommodated me & my cousins family & gave us adjoining rooms. And they had the best price around.

The lights beside the beds, the microwave, and the frig were not working. The air conditioner didn’t keep the room cool. The beds were comfortable, but the bedding was very uncomfortable, stiff, and itchy. Breakfast was available and extremely limited. the coffee was warm, but not hot. The syrup for the waffle was dispensed out of a gallon-sized container instead of a more practical smaller pitcher. The juices were overly sweet and no plain water was offered. There was nothing I wanted to eat.

It was quiet, clean, & staff was pleasant. It seemed very safe. Coffee and a minimal breakfast was furnished. My granddaughter loved the pool.

Honestly too much to mention the price was way too high the furniture in the room was mainly broken I was put in a non-smoking room that was set up for smokers with ashtrays and burn holes and I was told not to smoke in the room I was told that the only rooms they had left was their Jacuzzi rooms and my wife got on booking after we accepted the room and they still had rooms available the staff were very rude and seemed like they hate their jobs. I was told at check-in that check out would be 11:00 so that's what time we scheduled to be picked up was around that time and they kept insisting the next morning that check out was at 10:00 once I told them that I was told they made it super uncomfortable to wait the remainder hour for our ride there's a lot more just running out of room

The bed was very comfortable the pool was nice and the surrounding area this was very nice
