Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaOverall my stay was quiet and my room rate was well worth every cent, with it being near the colliseum area, I spent most of my time outside the hotel. There's dozens of restaurants to dine at within walking distance and shopping centers, including 4 seasons mall.
Breakfast could have been better if they had more food to eat. Toast with jelly or butter and a muffin with coffee or OJ is what was served.

United States of AmericaThe property could have been cleaner it was not dirty, but you could tell that someone did not sweep very well. The comforter in the room had cigarette burns in it and it was a non-smoking room other than that it was a decent place for a good price
The price was good

United States of AmericaThe one thing I do not like about the property is that it says that four people can be in a double bed now it was just my fiancé myself and my dog, and a woman upfront told me that I cannot have any visitors which is crazy because at the end of the day yes they are not staying, but if they were, I still technically am allowed to other guests in my room. My friend came over and brought me some clothes that she was not able to give me for Christmas so she gives them to me today. Well she comes upstairs with me to help me carry some stuff bags etc. and I go back downstairs and the woman tells me that I am not allowed to have any. I could not believe it and I was annoyed and disappointed about it honestly because she wasn’t going to stay long, but and she had brought me three gifts so my friends can’t even come up to my room that’s really really not cool and she told me management would kick me out and it was not very nice half of the employees here are very rude
Clean they have done away with a lot of riffraff that used to go on here and the room was pretty clean. It’s also close to lots of things, food, stores, etc..

United States of AmericaOh goodness. Where do I start? First off, we bought the room online around 5:30pm before the show at the Coliseum began. It didn't end until about 11. The hotel clerk kept texting and calling asking if we were still coming. I missed the first call, but responded to text bc we were still at the extremely loud show. But that wasn't enough because as soon as we left and went to find something to eat, he called again! That was annoying. I understand that other people were coming asking if he had any rooms open, but we already paid and our plan was not changing. Just tell them no! The room card did not work on the outside door to get into the building. The sheets had a weird green stain on them that looked like a fungus was growing. I wetted a tissue and had to scrape it off. Gross. Scary. The curtains were so long that they blocked the heat/air from really filling up the room. I had to open the curtains in order to really feel the heat/air. Free show for anyone outside! The fan or vent in the bathroom had no cover on it and was very rusty brown. The sink was ridiculously low as if it was made for the Keebler elves. The dresser was even missing a drawer! It looked very ghetto and too expensive for what it was.
I loved the location as it was less than 5 minutes from the Coliseum and the mall. The TV and the heat/air worked.

United States of AmericaThe hotel is run down and stinks of cigarettes and weed. As soon as I parked my car some homeless lady flagged me down with a tale of woe I checked in and paid and wasn’t given directions to the room I went to the back door and that was piled high with trash bags and the homeless lady and her belongings. During the night some woman was screaming about some guy owing her money. I’m pretty sure the police were there also. Do not recommend at all I left by 4am as it didn’t feel safe to be honest

United States of AmericaNot ADA compliant-steps are the only way to access all rooms. No easy way to transport luggage. Sheets and comforter and tears and stains. No hair dryer. Only one bath towel for the two of us. People loitering near entrance day and night. There seemed to be people living at the property, smells of food and cigarettes wafted through the halls. Car alarms were going off throughout the night. One car’s horn blared for 20 minutes then drove away only to return. No one called police. Breakfast was white bread and muffins not wrapped with OJ that tasted like it came from a mix. The total for this nightmare was $134.17. Awful experience.
