Everything very old, functional but nothing to make it a nice room. Staff ok but again nothing to make it an extraordinary place

Would be nice for the pool to stay open later than 9pm, teens wanted to swim after dinner but couldn't, 10pm would have been nice.

Great basic hotel - exactly what we needed to spend a couple nights. Older building that is dated but economical for the area. Would definitely stay again. Stayed on the 1st floor with easy access to our car. Pool was nice and clean, 2 blocks to walk to a small beautiful white sand beach that has a playground attached. Good Mexican restaurant across the street that had a patio. Tea/coffee/juice and some packaged snacks included for breakfast snack.

My room was by the laundry machines and ice machine. There was noise late at night and early in the morning. If you stay there, request a room in the wing south of the pool. The breakfast in the morning was exactly as advertised--"snacks." Lower your expectations.

It wasn't great, but it was perfectly adequate for the price. It was about $70 less than the hotel where I stayed the night before this stay, and it was better than the more expensive one. If it was warmer out, I definitely would have used their nice, big pool. I would recommend it to families with younger kids who can stand a cold pool.

The room had an unpleasant odor each time we walked in. The hotel is still not providing the pre-Covid services. No breakfast in the lobby and maid service only 3 times a week

The inside of the door very dirty it looked as if the lock had been busted. Not a secure feeling. Seems like an easy fix to me. Room 213. Our room had no shower curtain.

There was a smell in the room once entered for the first time, which probably got adjusted later. There was no breakfast as such, some juices, granola bars and cookies were kept.

I booked this as all the other hotels around at this time was not available and was super costly. The location of the hotel is good, its in a nice locality. The room was spacious with necessary amenities and was clean. House keeping cleaned the room and made the bed on the second day without asking.

Ad said 'Breakfast included' which turned out to be packaged granola bars and snacks. Hair dryer didn't work. Room was expensive for the level of property.

The wake up breakfast offering was not consistent with other properties and prohibited a higher grade.

Simple, clean, and generally friendly. What more can be expected from a budget accommodation. Also, the Pool looked fabulous.. 3 Next time for sure.

Upon arrival the well dressed gentleman that I greeted answered me by saying “Give me your ID”, didn’t feel as I was treated with professionalism! But the lady that checked me out was lovely. Although breakfast is advertised we did not see any, and when went into to look and get coffee the desk clerks there in the morning ignored us. The worst was I encountered 3 cockroaches 🪳 and only 2 were dead. Perhaps that is why the bathroom smelled so strongly of bleach. All of this is disappointing as I had a more pleasant experience when there 3 years ago. Hopefully constructive criticism may help to address some of these issues.
