Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Checked in was given room keys opened up our room door to find a maid working no where close to being done ,supposed to have king bed got shuffled to another room with two queens,

I booked because of the breakfast aspect, but they didn't have continental breakfast. It was just yogurt, bananas and oatmeal. a huge letdown
the room was great. Perfect for one person, and I enjoyed the size. the shower was great and the blowdryer was helpful considering I have super thick hair. I like that it was close to the bus station so I could get into the city cheaply.

The room was on the level below the office-- right under the main door to the hotel office. I found myself being awakened by the noise and vibration every time someone came through the door. I had an early flight and did not get nearly enough sleep.
The hotel is clean and comfortably appointed, close to the Portland International Airport.

The photos of breakfast were very misleading . The o lot thing u get is bananas, granola bars and yogurt . It had a weird smell in the room . Like a damp smell . And I definitely would prefer white sheets. Also would much prefer a shower to the bathtub .
I like that the staff was very reliable and friendly

I stay at this hotel every time I fly out early in the morning. Their shuttle service is quick and convenient and you can leave your vehicle. Perfect. More times than not, I get the same room too!

The breakfast was very limited.
They were very patient and friendly with lots of late night arrivals stranded at the airport due to ice storm.

No plug for the bath tub. This is the second time we have stayed here and both times there was no plug for the bathtub. I went to the dollar store and got one after calling the office and they said they would look for one but most of the plugs were missing and never got back to us.

The staircase carpet was dirty and noted a big piece on one of the steps. It was still there 48 hrs later. No sink stopper. Fire alarm's battery started to die in the middle of the night. Dead bolt didn't work The website pic of a wide selection of breakfast items were not available. It was reduced to only a few choices, it was very disappointing. No place to hang wet towels. Ice bucket was filthy. Never washed.
Bed was comfortable. Daily bed made up. . Ac was quiet and functional

Uncomfortable bed, the desk chair looked like it had better days, the upholstery or pleather was coming off and scratched. The lack of cleanliness, the lack of service, no house keeping personnel available after checking, no plug for the tub, and the Wyndham brand as not represented

1-) It does not have an elevator and no car to carry the suitecases... I had to take to second floor my two suitcases with no elevador and no baggage car.... very long walk for a long day. 2-)It said, breakfast included but it is a joke on it. They had a Coffee machine, a banana, and that is it.... really very disappointed... there are similar hotels with real breakfast in similar price or less

TV remote was broken, taped closed, didn’t work. Floor didn’t feel clean when walking barefoot. DeDbolt on door would latch, free breakfast was a joke.

The doors to the rooms wouldent let me in so i couldent put down my luggage . It took 3 ti.es . Carrying it all up ... back down ... up down 3 times till i got a room that worked . Killed my back . It was krappy
