The ATM was down, the room was good but we always get placed in the same room

Lights we unplugged room wasn't the cleanest and the dryer didn't work but the man at the desk allowed us to use the facilities dryer and he was very kind.

As soon as you walked in, all you smelled was cigarettes and cigars! It is supposed to be a non smoking hotel

I booked a smoking king, and when I went to check in they said they were all out of smoking rooms. I pulled up the priceline web of their rooms, and there were over 50 rooms available on the site for this motel with atleast 2 smoking rooms left, but they said they don't have any control of the website. In the morning at 11am check out the parking lot was completely empty so I went to the desk, and asked for a smoking room to stay over, and they said none were clean yet. I said that's pretty good that you know that without asking housekeeping. I pushed him, and asked him how many smoking rooms were there in the hotel? I told him to quit lying, and admit the truth. They falsely advertise. AND there isn't any breakfast. A stinking granola bar is there breakfast.

The Room was fair, but carpet was pretty well worn out, and needed to be restretched a lond time ago.

No USB chargers in room to charge devices, when booking room the $100 deposit was not mentioned & no signage at front desk either. Also, no breakfast as advertised online.

No Breakfast as advertised. The pool was closed. The AC in the hallways was not very cold and I had trouble breathing. Our keys needed to be reprogrammed every day. There was a gentleman who worked there that did Not speak very good English and he was very hard to understand. I am not sure I will stay at another Super 8 again. I understand with covid it made things difficult but that threat is over and still the hotel chooses to save money by not having breakfast. They need to remove the offer of breakfast from their descriptions, it is very disappointing when you expect to get something when you book , only to find that when you get there they changed and removed what you were expecting. Maybe they should lower their prices since they no longer offer the amenities they advertise.

One pillow per person,and the bath tub was way too little, no closet space! Top all off the HALLWAY REEKED OF MARIJUANA BADLY VERY VERY UNPLEASANT SMELL!

There was no continental breakfast or any breakfast as stated on the website. The pool was not heated and was to cold for my kids to swim in.

Bed was too stiff. Only 1 coffee in room. Had to ask desk for more. Need blackout shades, too much light in parking lot, with no visible security. Someone should be at front desk at all times.

No breakfast provided, just a protein bar. Best price in the area, but rooms need to be updated. Shower was great.

Very quiet. Slept comfortably. Shower had great water pressure. First thing I said when I opened the door to the room was “Wow. There’s absolutely no funky motel odor.” Was a great thing.

The noise from the guest in the next room (they were very loud, barking dog, and slamming the room door), thank goodness they were only there the last night of our stay. The pillows weren't great.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Very convenient to the area, without the traffic congestion around the hotel. The drive to FLW was simple and close.
