The bathroom was too little. The toilet paper holder was about to fall off the wall and the wall Sheetrock around it was cut open and cold air coming out of it. The shower head was about to fall out of the wall. The faucet never got hot and would shoot the water out on the floor if turned on too far. No coffee in the free breakfast one day that we were there.

The room was so dirty I had to go to Walmart upon arrival and get bleach cleaner, comet, a mop and a set of sheets cause there was hair on the sheets and they looked dirty. I know I could have asked the desk for a clean set but didn’t trust that seeing the ones that were on the bed. All room furniture was stained horribly. Wouldn’t even sit on desk chair without putting a towel over it. Lord of construction workers so if you want to sleep in forget that you are going to hear them get up between 6-6:30 every day even Sunday. Property looks very run down there’s a mattress outside along with tvs that need thrown away. No clue how the hotel got 3 stars.

Management attitude sitting outside at night approximately midnight talkong on my cell phone when I was approached by the manager with a bat I'm his hand telling me to leave the premises I informed him I was a guest and that this was wrong to approach me with a bat and demand I get off the premises his reply was to get back to my room

Hard to get towels no housekeeping any day or even drop towels next day. Bathrooms super small no complimentary shampoos or conditioner.

The hotel looks comfy welcoming and a good location beds were comfortable.

The curtains and bedding need to be updated. The air conditioner was so loud. The door needed to be sealed better. The whole facility was dated. We won't stay there ever again.

We didn't eat breakfast there. We liked there was a mini fridge and iron and ironing board.

Pillows were to flat and soft, they didn't provide enough towels for each member of my family when we got there, breakfast options were not diabetic friendly and almost non existent. Definitely a place you need to go somewhere else for breakfast. Member of staff had a rude attitude when we asked for more towels and gripping about us having sand on us when we just got back from the beach and needed to shower. Had a slight attitude as well when we had Amazon deliver packages and went to get them. Very poor lighting in the room.

Parking was right in front of the hotel room, beds were comfortable, bathroom was good sized, in a decent area close enough to a lot of things to do in town.

the creepy man in the corner room number 217 that stood up and looked at everyone day and night.. he never left the room and he just stood there and looked and talked to himself and he sat in a chair that faced the mirror to where he could see everybody.. he was polite and he spoke a few times when we locked eyes with him but he was strangely weird lol but we used the grill by the pool and cooked and had our family time and enjoyed our stay.

1.- Manager telling us when arrived that he didn't think we were coming and he was ready to rerent our room. 2.- Not checking the room before we came! Lights didn't work, toilet barely flushed, TV not working, no phone in room. 3- Ice buckets outside most rooms against the air conditioning collecting water. 4. Lots of men hanging around stairs and parking lot. 5. System down and unable to give receipt when checking out. 6. Paster over walls where patching was. 7. Drawers on chest of drawers not remaining closed. Immediately coming back out!

The room was run down. There was plaster loose in the ceiling in the shower. The walls were plastered in spots. The door had a gap on the bottom near the frame. The tub was stained.

The owner was nice.
