The pool was down and the only ice machine I could find was on the first floor and we were on the second floor

The staff was helpful with fixing my mistake I made with the booking and they were friendly while checking in and while checking out.

Hallways and stair case was dirty. Our room was a non smoking room and you could smell a hint of cigarettes on our sheets.

Our first room, the door didn't lock...I always double check before leaving a hotel room that the door locked ok & ours didn't for whatever reason. Talked to the 2 women at the desk, they came & checked it all out, reset our keys & nothing changed. They did however move us to another room right away & it was a bigger room. So what could have been a disaster, they made it a smooth & quick fix!

Walls are thin; I could hear the noisy kids next door and their snoring sleeper.

Decent breakfast: waffle maker, biscuits and sausage gravy, yogurt, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee. Mattresses are good. Calm decor.

The breakfast was one crockpot not even halfway full of extremely watered down sausage gravy I am sure there was biscuits but I didn't see any. The juice machine was broke and there was like maybe six yogurts

Hard mattress. Dated bathroom and carpet with funny smell in room. Long check-in process. Short toilet. Loud conversations in exit door area. Garbage rattling around parking lot all night.

Two times now I've had not had a clean toilet. The dust has turned into grime on the light above the Desk and the big Mirror. Last stay the room did not have a microwave. When I called front desk they told me to talk to manager in the am. Instead of bringing me one it would also be nice if eggs and bacon were served instead of all carbohydrate.

Breakfast was ok but no eggs or meat. There was a problem with room 206 the toilet wasn't bolted securely to the floor. And there wasn't as far as we knew a way to take a bath instead of a shower. Also, the heater cover fell off when I tried to push a button to start it and smelled for a few seconds due to non-use I guess. Otherwise real comfortable and has a nice king bed for a cheap price. asked for towels and gave them, security was right. Some staff were pleasant some were a little annoyed but overall had a good stay.

I did not like it that I was denied breakfast by a stuff member (Robert) who worked in the morning. Breakfast end at 9:30am on weekends. I was in the lounge around 9:08am I ask Robert to refill the pancake 🥞 and first said breakfast time has ended and that it ends at 9AM, When he was trying to show me the time schedule for breakfast we both saw that it ends at 9:30am. I pointed out to him then he just said he is out of the pancake and he cannot refill. I did not care about this but when the cleaner came they took my body scrubbing glove and dispose of it. I only realized this when I wanted to take my shower.

I loved it that there was no smell of cigarette in the facility.
