Had a small hole at bottom door - entry from parking lot-and ants were able to come in- on kitchen counter Bathroom very tight- hard to close door Front office opened at 8

Access to the beach was great, view from second floor balcony was lovely, comfortable king sized bed, full size coffee pot in the room.

Window on side of room. Had valance and no curtain just blinds that you could see through a little. On other side of wall was vending machine and stairs to go to upper level. So you could hear other guest walking up the stairs and light came through blinds at night. We were woken up in the morning as people hung out under that window in a folding chair as they sat and conversed for what seemed like a good half hour. We had to make a curtain of sorts give us a little more privacy. The room could use some updating especially TV size.

The private beach, beach chair and beach towels provided, landscaping, parking, lounge area and patio and kitchenette, over all location of property from town and stores. Able to watch fireworks from property.

Right on the Nantucket sound! Every room waterfront. Room was lovely and well done with everything you needed. Very clean and housekeeping staff was wonderful. Sandra and her staff were so welcoming.

TV could be larger and wifi stronger

The rooms were great loved how clean things are . the staff is very nice and helpful . Cleaning staff are the best very friendly and do there job very well with a smile on there face . Thank you and we will see you next summer Im going to try the grills on my next visit

Like I said the bedding was just way too soft but everything else I loved

Although the beach is private, the public started to come into the private area we had a group of 10+ people set up right behind us and take over so we had to move our spot, paying $ for the private beach and being bombarded by people that paid $20 to park was a little annoying.

The view, this was our first time we got to be upstairs in all the times we've stayed here it was awesome !!

We stayed here for a couple of days during our New England road trip and really enjoyed staying at Surf & Sand Beach Motel. The location is close to anything you need and perfect to seek out all the neighbouring towns and explore the Cape Cod area. Besides a nice (heated) outdoor pool it has a beautiful private beach and wonderful breeze. The outdoor shower is overlooking the beach. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The rooms have a kitchenette (with pots, pans, glassware etc.) and all have a view of the ocean with either a patio or balcony. The view of Nantucket Sound is awesome! Our room cleanliness was immaculate. Staff was absolutely lovely and very informative. The Surf & Sand Beach Motel is a great affordable place to stay. Thank you to all at the motel 😊
