Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Got there in the evening. The first room the bathroom light had a fan that made a horrible noise the entire it was turned on. The second room the heater would only blow cold. The front desk lady was wonderful. She came down and tried to fix the heater but couldnt so she moved us to the adjoining room and we didnt even have to go outside. They have been nothing but wonderful and the chef with the breakfast that he cooks when you order it is a huge plus.

The breakfast routine was not clear which led to a frustrated chef. Breakfast was good. You have to get a menu from the check-in desk and mark your choice and submit it to the chef. Easy enough if you know what to do.
Good location, easy access, close to restaurants and freeway. There was no security deposit

The cleaning solution smell in the room was very overpowering but I find this typical in most hotels now. It would be nice if they could find a less potent cleaner.
It was off the main road so nice and quiet at night. Facilities were very clean and well kept and breakfast was wonderful!

The bathroom was cold.
Breakfast was excellent. In addition to the usual self serve options we were given options for cooked eggs (omelette) and fried potatoes. Best included breakfast at a Best Western yet.

The facilities are getting a little worn around the edges, while still being perfectly adequate.
The staff at the facility was very welcoming and helpful, starting with Jessica at the front desk, through the chef and waitress at the cafe that served breakfast.. We loved that the hotel provides a free level 2 electric car charger which allowed us to charge overnight right in the parking lot and leave the next morning with a100% charge. We also enjoyed the free breakfast that not only had a good selection of bagels, cereal, biscuits and gravy, yogurt and hot waffles, but also had a chef preparing made to order omelets, potatoes, and pancakes! It went way beyond the typical free motel breakfast. We did not get a chance to use the indoor pool and hot tub, but will plan time for that at our next visit. Whenever we come this way, we’ll stay here!

Treated like family Three Ladies traveling alone. Safe environment. Roll in shower. They are very hard to find them traveling with challenges.
The staff was wonderful. Office clerk was so nice. Made you feel like family. I was traveling with a lady whom had Parkinson. She fell in our room. Two wonderful men employed there came and helped me pick her up. Then came back before he left for the day to check on her and us.

Perhaps some updated lamps with USB charging capabilities, would be nice.
This Best Western was Clean and Comfortable. The Breakfast was outstanding. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful, A+ customer service.

It could have been more clean. I spilled a little water on the bathroom floor and when I wiped it up, the hand towel was black. We need to use a computer for work. But the chair was quite a bit lower than the desk, so very uncomfortable.
The breakfast was hot, and cooked to order, amazing for one included in the price! There was an additional make-up table just outside the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.

The cost is pretty high in comparison to other hotels and it’s silly to have to go to front desk for breakfast coupons.

The oak & play for the baby was covered in stains .
Friendly staff we requested a crib on registration and it was in our room almost immediately. Breakfast cooked to order was also great.
