Not properly staffed. Too many events catered by most of the staff no table seating for individuals. They were all occupied by events. Walked out of lobby restraunt bar because no service. Second visit there waited 20 min while staff talked on the other side

The hotel is beautiful, two pools (little and not as beautiful as expected plus no jacuzzi! This is something I saw when booking and the hotel didn’t have) other than that the lobby, then is courts, restaurants were beautiful. Room was ok, comfortable, clean but the bathroom is old and the shower was not working properly, either too cold or too hot and handle was loose

The price is a little high for a small room. High taxes

The staff member at the front desk, named Sherryl, was extremely helpful, professional, and very polite. The breakfast was excellent. Very excellent staff, too. We enjoyed our stay

The staff at the breakfast is in tremendous need to be trained in interacting with the clients, they need to understand they do not work at a fast food, hence must adapt their vocabulary and attitude accordingly. That was the tiny detail that did not make my birthday stay a 10/10, I hope for a 10/10 next year.

I love the location, the awesome view on the bay and the fantastic restaurant that is on the premises (Oystercatcher). We chose to celebrate my birthday here and spent the night in one of the cabanas.

The grounds were beautiful. Everything was clean. It was also centrally located and a quick hop onto the highway without hearing high way noise.

Beautiful walk on the Mangrove boardwalk. Beautiful rooms at theCasitas. Nice dinner at the Oystercatcher, including a very nice breakfast. I tipped the waiters and room service’s heavily. I appreciate a fine and well run establishment and like to be sure they are appropriately rewarded.

Checkin and checkout Checkin was not given the room that I booked until I said something and the room was changed after keys were issued. Checkout breakfast was charged when it was included in the rate which I had to explain. It was the taken off and I thought this would happen since I didn’t express checkout.

I just feel like the hotel is on the older side so when you first arrive it looks very fancy and upscale but once you get on the elevators to the rooms the look changes. And the room is nice but could be bigger for the price, the towels and bath clothes, sheets and linen need to be thrown away and softer ones need to be ordered. There is a weird looking mat in the shower that’s discolored and looks gross.

I enjoyed the bar on site as well as the staff. They were very accommodating and nice. Even the manager of the hotel came up to speak to me while I was at the bar to ask me about my experience and to make sure everything was good. & he even recommended some nice areas to explore. There is a shuttle to and from the airport which is nice. & due to my flight being delayed they were able to give me the latest checkout and held my bags in a secure room so I could continue to explore Tampa until I needed to get to the airport. Parking onsite was easy and they have Tesla chargers. If you need a microwave you can call the front desk for request one and they’ll bring it to your room

Everything thing was good but the house cleaning. We did not have our room cleaned the first day, seconds day no coffee or cups were replenished, third day we did not get towels and coffee again.

Location… getting in and out is a little confusing do to all the construction and highway road signs. You have to know to stay to the right!

Staff are always friendly and facility is pristine. I also enjoy the variety of equipment in the gym.
