Rooms really need updating and thorough cleaning. There was an attempt made, but black mold/mildew on the AC units explained why we experienced some cold/allergy symptoms.

We were in a location that was great for the music festival and could easily walk rather than relying on the shuttle bus or Uber. We parked our car the first night and didn’t move it until we left for home. The staff were also super friendly and helpful.

Up keep of apartment could have been better. Terrible mattress on pull out bed. Kitchen under supplied. No paper towels or holder for paper towels, no hooks or places to put toiletries in bathroom. Repair person didn't come back as promised to fix/re-attach shelving / hooks. Limited glassware/ kitchen supplies. Coffee supplied in office was awful.

Old Rugs feel a bit gross. Some fixtures were broken. Underside of Minifridge looked awful.

The Location was great. A Block from the boardwalk and only a mile from the Jolly Roger.

The room smelled of mold. In the long term it needs a complete update. In the short term more ventilation.

The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect for Oceans Calling, quick walk to the boardwalk.

It’s a beach motel — the ground was a little sandy and it’s not a 5 star stay, but it was perfect to be in the area having fun.

No maid service in morning. Have to call and ask for towels everyday. No carpet vacuumed, there was sand outside of entrance door entire time. I mentioned it, ignored. Room was basic not bad, air/friggeTV great. Only saw staff person1 time.

Um sorry to say my room was not clean but they did send someone immediately over but it still was hair in my bathroom. The pillows and bedding all smelled like pee, the lights over by the bed didn't work at all and the sink in the bedroom turns on full blast when you turn it on splashing water everywhere!

I loved the front desk guys. They were very helpful and nice. The location was great stores, bars, and beach right there.

Bed linens had stains, EVERY SINGLE ONE we tried putting on it. One bed had hair under the top blanket. We eventually went to a local Walmart and bought new linens to put on. The 3rd bed was in a TINY back room with ZERO AC, so we had to bring that mattress out on the floor of the main room with the other two beds. Mirrors were coated with a white film, looked like they were cleaned with a dirty rag. Worst part was, we had an UNOPENED chocolate bar on the table the first night, went to sleep and by morning we realized we had “friends” with us. It was chewed open 🫣

We loved that it was one block from the boardwalk & beach. We could see both from our balcony.

The extention cord cause the plugs didn't work and the bathroom window covered by the tub. But there was a bunch of stiff down in the window. Soap. Mold. Hair brush a bunch of random stuff . It was gross. The coffee pot and microwave were disgusting. The one key didn't unlock the door. And the other barely did. The tv only had like 4 channels that worked. And the wifi didn't work 🙃

The toilet was small. The bathroom could've been cleaner. The pull-out couch sheet had stains on it. There were only stairs to the second floor rooms and they were very shaky/noisy.

Very friendly staff; easy check-in; great location. Rooms were appropriate size and provided adequate space for our stay. Very close to the boardwalk - quick two block walk.

None of the pictures will show you, but the room we had, the bathroom was very claustrophobic. The shower you could barely move in without hitting the wall with how small it was. Our room had a mail sticking up from the floor that my friend had stepped on. We had fake eye lashes on the wall. Stains on the bed.

It is a good distance from the beach. Easy walk & has the boardwalk too.

The carpet NEEDS to be replaced, not cleaned, take it up! There was something on the wall, the paint was peeling and the room smelled musty and like mold.

Not so much a dislike just need to mention in case front desk isn't aware of this. The air conditioning in the room didn't get cold in the daytime even at 64 degrees. The room refrigerator also didn't get cold enough but the small freezer section work fine.

All the employees were friendly. The front desk employee even gave me an extra parking pass for my parents to park on the lot so that they could spend a couple of hours with us without paying to park. That was very nice of him to do that for me and I was very grateful. I also like the back parking lots because there was a lot of space to park my suv rental with peace of mind.

The a/c outside of the room was missing a screw and hanging out some scraping my daughter's arm. I specifically looked up if there was in room coffee makers and found where it said there were but there wasnt one. The booking site led me to believe it was a private balcony and it wasnt. I requested extra pillows and had to ask upon arrival. The room was never restocked with toilet paper, clean towels and none were offered. They never asked or offered to remove trash. The cleaning service said we had to go to the front desk for it when asked for some. Blackout curtains would be a major improvement.

Great location, room was clean and maintained. Pool was well maintained and nice. No rude guests making much noise at night.

Sofa bed cover was stained . Smoke alarm was beeping when we got in the room. Internet service was very weak. Garbage trucks very early in the morning but I'm sure the motel has no control over that.

Beach. All in All the place was worth the money and the location to the beach was great. Was very convenient room with the kitchen area definitely saved on food expenses. Staff was very nice!

Employees in room above us making noise all night long. From 11pm - 3am Hammering, moving furniture. Stomping back and forth. Barely slept. Checked out early. Maintenance should happen during the day! Walls are thin

First arrived, sand was discovered in the tub. The bathroom was extremely small. Both sink and shower head squirted water all over the bathroom. Microwave was rusted.
