The unit we were in was incredibly small. Very little room to move around or even open your suitcase. It is very loud as the walls are thin and you can hear everyone clumping up and down the stairs or in the unit above.

This charming little brownstone is in a great location. Just a short walk to downtown and transit options. The apartment was very neat and the bed was comfortable.

The TV is a disaster. It has a million channels, but none of the good ones. Plus, it's Internet based, so it often goes out.

We needed to pay extra for parking even though there were designated spots for each apartment so it isn't as though we were paying a premium for limited space.

The room was great and the location was very central to the green line so getting around was easy! The neighborhood felt very safe. The bed was very comfortable.

It might have been useful to have a guide of services in the area. It was on the last day we found a large supermarket very close to the property which would have been useful earlier in the week.

The first basement apartment did not live up to expectations. We suggest other guest to check every time the apartment

Copley house includes a series of small apartments equipped with everything you would need (a small hob and fridge, cookwares, pans, iron and shower set) and located in a Perfect position very close to Back bay, subway stations (the closest are "Symphony" and "prudential"), supermarkets and malls. The first apartment we stayed in was located in basement and, therefore, was a bit dark; moreover, we found out a beetle during our second night. We contacted the customer service and immediately we were moved to a new brighter apartment, with a queen size bed, well cleaned.

Located in the center just few steps from restaurants and cafe and a large shopping center just roadside Staff are cooperative and friendly especially Sofia and Samia.

Wish I had a door with a code instead of a key. I was so worried about losing the key.

Wifi connection was a disaster. I could only look at emails, no browsing, no zoom calls possible. Rebooting the system helped for a couple of hours, then wifi was again very poor and impossible to use for work.

the room was much smaller than expected. they also didn’t offer room service or housekeeping even tho we stayed there a whole week. this made it hard to get any extra towels or room amenities. we had to call for coffee refills & take out our trash. considering the price, having some sort of room clean up would’ve been nice. i paid a lot of money to have to wash my own dishes and do chores 🙃 finally, there was very loud construction noise right outside our window almost every day of our stay, which made it hard to sleep in.

Lugging luggage up to the fourth floor was a struggle but they did offer assistance. The apartment door did not have a good seal so light shone in from the corridor at night and noise from anyone in the corridor was quite audible in the apartment. It was quite apparent when anyone was showering in adjacent apartments. There was just enough room for two people to walk around the apartment. Most people have a suitcase each; not much room for these. There was no bathroom ventilation.

The location was so convenient to transport and shopping. The neighbourhood was lovely. We felt safe and comfortable. The tiny kitchen provided all we needed although it was cramped. The shower was excellent. The building was beautifully maintained with interesting art and artifacts in the vestibule and corridors. Very little traffic outside and a lovely view of the street. There are numerous locations for the various apartment buildings over a number of blocks. You check in and are given an address and map. This works well.
