Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Housekeeping good most of the time but just sometimes at weekends not so good. Towel change also beds.
Location good. Problem was the construction around made it awkward ..

The place is a bit dated. Although I stayed barely 8 hours, they still charged a deposit. It was released shortly after my departure, but I still lost a small amount in my local currency due to this rather unnecessary precaution.
I checked in late and departed early, so all I can say is that the bed was comfortable and the receptionist friendly and helpful in getting a taxi early in the morning.

Rooms are bit dark due too tall buildings around and the furniture colors even dark.
Pool; few people, clean water and good services: towels, sunbed, shower,… everything very clean.

Hairdryer could have been better.
The location was good - just off the strip so convenient but quiet. We were upgraded to a suite so the accommodation was spacious and comfortable and the bed was really large and super comfortable. The kitchenette was useful and the on site laundry facilities much appreciated. The swimming pool was a good place to cool off.

The staff upgraded us, (though we didn't use the extra lock-off) That was really a kind gesture. When I was a young model that happened a lot, and it felt so good to be treated special again as an aged woman.

Our room was big enough for two person. Location is excellent. Just a short walk to Strip, but quiet enough to sleep. Everything was clean, even in the kitchenette. Everyone was very helpful. Beds were comfortable.

A pitty there was no possibility to have breakfast at the property (we did have a kitchenette incl coffee but did not really use it). Everything is large in Vegas so not quick to get to a breakfast place nearby. When we arrived the airco unit in one of the 2 rooms was very noisy (July). We were happy to note that this was completely gone when we returned (didn't come back) but during the evening/night the airco in the other room was a bit noisy. I didn't really mind but maybe noteworthy that credit card is charged long in advance.
We had 2 commuting rooms that each had a bathroom. Good beds. Clean. Friendly staff at th reception. Convenient parking. The deposit charged was lower than indicated and was freed right after check-out.

We had a great stay at The Carriage House in Las Vegas. The location is ideal, just a few minutes away from The Strip on foot. The hotel have a small but nice swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, all free of charge. Also, there is a very small gym and a tennis court which can be used for free (you pay for the rackets though). The room was big, tidy and clean. The bathroom wasn't the biggest but it was ok. The room also had a nice kitchenette that was very useful since the hotel didn't offer breakfast. Overall, I would happily go back to this hotel for my next trip to Las Vegas.

There were roadworks at the time of our stay...but not the hotels fault
The hotel was just a short walk from the centre of the strip and 2 minutes from Planet Hollywood shopping. Rooms were clean with a small kitchenette saving us the cost of eating out every meal.
