Location is around tenderlion which has a 250% higher crime rate versus rest of USA. My understanding was that breakfast was included & it was communicated at check-in but it was not. Manager could have given us a complimentary breakfast as a goodwill gesture

the Bed was a bit uncomfortable because the side i slept on was lower than the right side.

we were on the 14th floor, we upgraded and were very happy with the room . the bed on the left side however was lower than the right side. other than that it was an amazing stay.

The only issue we experienced was our room ac was not working properly, but they were quick to bring us a fan.

The room was dusty especially the carpet and pull out sofa bed. The shower pressure wasn't very good and it was difficult to get the shower temperature correct.

The location was good, easy walking to all the attractions. The room decor was nice and modern and it was convenient having coffee machine, hairdryer and safe in the room. The gym had excellent equipment and the internet throughout the hotel was really good.

It was 2 blocks from union square, very convenient location. The room was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The concierge was particularly helpful, he recommended very good places to visit and dine.

Hotel is clean and well appointed. It offers hotel restaurant/bar, as well as a cafe for a casual breakfast or lunch - the food was great at both! Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms and comfortable beds. Locations is near Union Square if that's what you're looking for - not sure I would want to walk alone at night but there is someone at the front door so taxi or a car service is fine. Valet parking is not cheap ($75.) but worth it in my opinion.

Despite two minor complaints, I would visit the hotel again. First, the cleaning staff missed out one day to take care of my bed and towels. Second, the ac was noisy and the air inside fairly sticky. Opening the window was challenging but helped, accepting the smell from outside. A major issue for me was a necessary invoice change for my employer. Getting a change on my invoice after leaving the hotel was a nightmare. Many messages and e-mail were required without response.

Overall a great place to stay. Very central, great staff and nice rooms. I really enjoyed the helpfulness of the employees and their kind way to ask if I needed anything. The room was nice and large with plenty of daylight. Everything was clean.
