Vicino ad Alamosa, ottimo se sì vuole visitare il Great Sand Dunes National Park. The host is very welcoming and the room is super comfortable. We have really appreciated the possibility to have a sauna after a long day trip. Special mention to Foxy and Frosty, very nice dogs.

The gratitude inn is an absolute sanctuary. tucked away and quiet. unique and full of charm. we felt right at home and were very grateful for the sauna and claw foot bath tub!

The owner displayed exceptional kindness and remarkable accommodation considering our circumstances. Regrettably, we encountered a car accident on our journey to the accommodation and were unable to arrive that night. Nevertheless, the owner was incredibly sympathetic to our situation and promptly issued a refund. Such generosity and understanding are truly remarkable, and if we ever return to South Colorado, we will undoubtedly choose to stay there again. Such a compassionate gesture is rarely found in conventional chain hotels. Once more, our heartfelt thanks.

Can't think of anything of much consequence. Tell Joe to fire up the hot tub early so it gets good and hot.

Some properties over-promise and under-deliver. Not Gratitude Ranch. This place and its owners are exceptional in every way. The property is set in an island of trees in this high, dry, sprawling valley. To the east is the Sangre de Cristo range and soaring Mt. Blanca; to the west, the wild San Juans. Just up the road is one of the most beautiful national parks in the land - Great Sand Dunes. The setting was rural, but the town of Alamosa was just a short drive away (as was a beautiful public golf course). Inside, the rambling ranch house, was a wonderful sitting room with log beams, complete kitchen, wood burning stove, -- all available to guests. The bedroom was neat, quiet, and comfortable. The shared bath was clean and well-equipped; the shower hot. In another building nearby was a sauna and jacuzzi. It was all such a pleasure...thanks to perfect hosts, Joe and Debbie. Thank you!

It got us by surprise that other individuals were in the house. We just were under the impression we would be alone, shared bathroom and kitchen

Extremely misleading information. The bathroom is shared by everyone, which means you’ll be sharing the bathtub and toilet with the host’s adult son. And as for the “sauna,” it was in a dark corner of a dilapidated old building outside of the main house. Very disappointing.

Little about the property was accurately reflected in the Booking description, and photos. The description was misleading. The description did not reflect that the bathroom was not in the room and would be shared with other guests, if there were other guests. The description led one to believe that the ROOM had a “Mountain View”, which it did not. The description led one to believe that the bathroom would be in the room, which it wasn’t, and had a “bathroom with a hot tub”. The hot tub and sauna were in a separate building. The hot tub looked questionable and the sauna didn’t heat before we decided to leave the facility. The only “mountain view” was outside and away from the main facility. The entire facility can be best described as ramshackle, and we felt very uncomfortable, so we did not stay. The room itself looked clean and I’m sure many people have had a pleasant retreat, reflected in the highly inflated ratings. But, I have booked over a hundred rooms overseas and domestically with Booking and have never had a description of a facility so misleading.
