Took a long time for someone to check me in. Be right back sign was out when I got there. Room was too warm at night even though heat wasn’t on. Heard barking dog at night and in the morning.

Although not deficient by any means, the kitchen could use a few more pots and pans, french press, and general kitchen utensils. The master bedroom is large with a in suite bathroom while the second bedroom is perhaps slightly small but does have a walk-in closet. A bathroom is located outside the bedroom with does create some privacy issues as it is in a hallway that faces the kitchen.

This is a undiscovered property gem in a city filled with overpriced and often overvalued accommodations. It is in a quiet area close to the lake with easy access to all parts of the city. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious and clean with garage parking adjacent to the building. Staff attended to a few minor inconveniences promptly and efficiently. The property is very secure and safe. We were offered early check in as well.

You can hear the unit above you walking around.

They are in a great location with cafes, retail shops and restaurants close by. The unit was incredible! We really loved the kitchen and amenities. It was like having our own condo/apartment for our stay. We will definitely suggest it to our friends and family. We would be happy to stay there again.

The Guesthouse was a great choice for a long weekend in Chicago- good location, a comfortable and very spacious room with a balcony, and everything was new and spotlessly clean. Front desk staff were very helpful. There are also two roof terraces, and secure parking on premises at a very reasonable daily charge.

The gym is pretty small, didn't have weights or anything - just a treadmill, peloton and some yoga/resistance equipment - but it was good for what I needed it for just one day of the weekend.

Stayed here for a girls weekend celebrating our friend who got married - overall great time! Was really nice to have so much space in Chicago with a full kitchen and lots of living space and a balcony. I ordered some groceries to be delivered and they put them all away for us which was super nice and awesome! Hotel is close to a lot of good food (JETS!!), bars and convenience stores. We went to the Chicago magic lounge and it was such a close walk. Hotel staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. We felt very comfortable for sure! Bonus to have a garage to park your car in too - felt very safe and no worries about leaving it parked somewhere unknown.

The furniture in the living area was very uncomfortable. We were supposed to have a friend stay on the couch but she didn’t end up coming, which was good because the couch would have been extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. There wasn’t a spot in front of the hotel to park while checking in.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The unit we had was spacious and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. They had 4 roof top decks which were really nice also. It was nice to have parking available for an added cost.
