Room was a great size but a little tired compared with the rest of the hotel. Mattress was awful so we didn’t really sleep well at all (creaking very loudly and excessive transmission of movement to the other sleeper). Some of the staff on the front desk could have perhaps been a little more outgoing and friendly. Need another person on at breakfast time in the restaurant as it was just one guy doing all the work (and another guy doing not very much!)

Great bar/restaurant and lovely the lobby with ski lockers for each room. The shuttle was fantastic (note-does not go to Snowmass) and really efficient! Fantastic location! Rooms were very clean.

The only downside was our room wasn't soundproof. We could hear everything our neighbors were saying.

The location of The Inn and our room was excellent with free to and fro rides to anywhere you want to go.

The property is just aging and needs updates and exterior maintenance. Lots of peeling paint and rotting fascia. The bed is just not comfortable and it is way too low. Reminds me if Ikea college dorm beds.

The location is fantastic of course. Walk right out to the Summit Express lift. The hotel itself needs some updates and maintenance. Rhe beds are not comfortable. Some kind of memory foam mattress on a futon like frame, no box springs. The fold out couch had seen better days and needs replacing. The roon size is good and the rooms have small refrigerators and microwave oven and coffee maker. The ski lockers near the door to the lifts are great! The restaurant is very good and the place as busy every night when we were there. Last weekend of the season. The staff was great on everything. Very helpful and friendly. The shuttle to the airport and Aspen town itself is free and very much appreciated.

Older Building with smaller rooms/bathrooms. Location is 10min (hotel has great shuttle system) from downtown aspen so not a walkable stay.

The restaurant /bar on the property was good value and priced for Aspen, staff was nice and service was good. Great spot to grab drinks before heading out on the town. More family relaxed feel than standard aspen apres.

All rooms aren’t updated like shown on their website and third party websites. Bathroom was dripping water from the ceiling after showering.

I liked everything besides the two things I listed below.

The on demand hotel complimentary taxi took us directly to Aspen highland, the place to take the shuttle to maroon bell. However Aspen is def over priced.

Hotel concierge was unfriendly — and sour. It seemed as if they were so annoyed at having to speak/interact with guests. No eye contact. Almost hostile.

We ate at the BBQ restaurant several times — and it was superb! The food was delicious. The service was a little slow, but that’s the only complaint.

Amenity is limited, no hair dryer, sometimes no wash/hand towel, no bath mat, no glasses or mugs, etc. they only have one layer of thick curtain, making difficult to control sunlight. The in room coffee tastes so bad, no decent coffee cream available. During the regular day time, shuttle service is available, but when it is needed most, it is unavailable.

The lobby is modern and nicely decorated. The room is spacious. The shuttle service is mostly available, although early in the morning it is not available despite their statement in web site. Only 3.5 star restaurant is in the hotel. There is no other option within walking distance.
