The noise from the room above has sounded like construction was going on. Light coming from the door frame.

The decor. Our room was fantastic. We had a fireplace and a tub. The room felt more like a private room inside of our home. We loved it. The lobby had a fire place where we sat for hours to talk. The breakfast was also great.

The night auditor is rude. She gave me a key to the wrong room. The room had occupants there. Instead of owning up to what could have been a very bad ending she said, “Im doing the best I can” and rushed me away. I was promised that management would reach out by the mornings host. To date that hasn’t happened.

It's kind of a strange little town and I felt a little unsafe when I was outside. Not on site at all - the parking lot was fine, the hotel was fine. It's not the hotel's fault that there was drag racing in front of the hotel every night at 1:00 a.m. Additionally, I had to call maintenance to lock my balcony doors because they blew open in the middle of the night three times the first night I was there. I could not figure out how to get them to stay closed. They were there within a minute, he fixed it, it was fine the rest of my stay - but it was a little unnerving.

The staff was responsive and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. This is a beautiful boutique hotel. I love the decor, the colors, all the crystal lighting and accents. The room was spacious and the heat/a/c was responsive and kept the room comfortable. I enjoyed the included breakfast every day. It is near a cancer treatment hospital, so there were many people there that this kind of pleasant environment would have been very relaxing. I appreciated all the common spaces - there was a loft on the second floor with a library and lots of tables and chairs that was a comfortable if you wanted to work outside of your room. Families with kids would definitely have a place for them to play/relax. The lobby is spacious and has a lot of seating areas without feeling crowded in any way. It was a little too chilly for it this trip, but they have two beautiful fire pits and a private outdoor courtyard that I will definitely take advantage of next time. I hope that their coffee shop and restaurant will be open when I come back, but there were plenty of other things close by including a wonderful little tea shop across the street.

We were on a front street facing room and one night we had to call the front desk because there is a restaurant/pub across the street and the music subwoofer off of a car was vibrating our walls,window and bed plus there were two cars drag racing down Main Street like the movie Fast and the Furious (which was a little cool) but it was after 10:30 pm and we knew that there were families staying here because of the cancer hospital located in town. I can say that within minutes of us calling the front desk the noise stopped! Cuddos to the management. Other than this one incident everything was great.

There was a bar across the street from our room (202)that got a little noisy. Also, I booked the room with the garden tub but unfortunately they reserved it for another guest. Was very disappointed because it was my 8th wedding anniversary and 50th birthday

The reseption was great and helpful. The reseptionist was great allthough there were 3 different customers at the same time. Later we got a good tip for our dinner, Stone Creek. The Baileys was closed monday night so we ate well in that Stone Creek. The room was good and vert clean.👍

I heard the mowers outside early in the morning. When I left, my car was covered in grass. I was very disappointed with that. I sent an email but never heard back. I enjoyed the stay but that tarnished it

The bed that we had was high in the middle and we leaning towards the edges. Our room was missing some simple things like a dirty clothes bag, extra ice bucket bag and the carpets felt a little damp.

They were very clean and super friendly! They allowed my pets and were very friendly with them. The balconies are a nice feature! They supplied doggy clean up bags!

We loved this hotel. It is beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. It is a bargain for the price. The restaurant on site was very good and the woman behind the bar was so friendly and made us feel like regular customers.
