The door to the toilet in the room is large and doesn't leave a much of a space to squeeze into it when closing the door since it opens inward. One needs to be really skinny or else hold in your breath to enter and exit the toilet. The door is not only wide but also heavy, and the tiny knob in back (in lieu of an actual door knob or handle) makes it a bit difficult to open the door too. Good luck to arthritis sufferers. This door situation is the only thing we didn't care for. It would be better if the door opened outwards instead of inwards.

The room was a decent size and was enough space for 2 people for one night. It was very clean and our room was in a quieter area of the hotel. Safe and fridge in the room worked well enough. We love the adjustable bed! Very comfy.

Was not impressed with the restaurant on the premises. While our 2 queen room was very comfortable, my brother's king size room was too small when the bed was rolled down - also bathroom set up was weird as it's the first thing you see at the door and you step out of the shower into the room.

Loved the closeness to the train station. Loved the coffee station on every floor.

Single glazed windows, very noisy outside and noisy neighbours - woken up at 4.00am 6.00am and 7.30am on different nights by a crane, a neighbour and some other noisy work being done outside

The number of provided towels did not match the number of occupants. Everyday we needed to ask for additional ones. One time, it took about an hour and a reminder before the extra towels were delivered to the room. The staff at the reception was very formal.

Hotel is close to the train station. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved the lighting effects of the room. Wide and lovely bathroom. There is a water refilling facility as well as a coffee making machine in each floor.

Breakfast was crazy expensive so we had to find a coffee place nearby each morning, Cafe Phillips was a good one with a lot of choice.

Excellent location to visit the Mall for a couple of days. Spacious room and very clean. Traveled with our dog, you can ask for a quiet room and you will get it. $75 fee for the stay which is not bad compared to other hotels. Some nice restaurants around, the best one was the French restaurant Bistro du Jour, un vrai delice! The irish restaurant was a good one too

Check in kiosk didn’t work when I went to use it. Early check in was offered but expensive. Hotel mistakenly charged me twice for the stay (I received a charge after I had checked out), but management resolved it pretty quickly.

The beds were comfortable. The room lighting was fun. Location is great! Hotel checked our bags so we could sightsee before check in. Friendly staff.

Very nice hotel only problem is they dnt tell you that parking is 60 dollars on top of all the other money you've spent to get the room

I loved everything about the hotel especially the bed I haven't slept that good since we didn't have have kids. The bed is dangerous it will knock you out lol

I didn’t like the parking situation. I wish they let you know ahead of time that parking was $60 per day if you wanted to go somewhere. That adds up in 3 days quickly which I was extremely upset about.

Property was clean. I loved the lobby and check in and out procedure.

The by-the-book rule of no early check-in and no offer from the staff to check if room is available after 2pm. Staff directed us to check at the kiosk. I understand they have to follow the hotel process, but their mannerism doesn't reflect someone working in hospitality business. Staff were less than enthusiastic to answer questions or provide service. Not impressed.

The room and the coffee/hot water station is very well designed. I like that the sink is outside so no need to wait for it when my husband is in the shower or toilet. The coffee station on each floor is the best! With an addition of tea bags, it'd be perfect for those who don't drink coffee (such as my husband).

The garage smelled horrible, trash!! Take a hose and wash it down, please! The toilet, sink, shower, sink, in my living space with NO PRIVACY. If you have poop then what? The price of the room was expensive for what you were sleeping in. The towels were cheap and ruff. The price of parking was 50.00 a day. I am giving you money to stay there!! PARKING SHOULD BE FREE!! If I used MY VEHICLE going in or out, it was $60.00 a day!! HOW DO YOU CHARGE SOMEONE 10 EXTRA DOLLARS TO LEAVE AND USE THEIR OWN CAR? LAWS SHOULD BE PUT IN PLACE TO STOP BUSINESS FROM CHARGING FOR PARKING, IF YOU ARE STAYING AT THEIR ESTABLISHMENT! GREED IS DRIVING THESE CHARGES!! Shame!!

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was nice.

Housekeeping was a little careless. They did not refill shower soap bottle which was empty all three days, and they did not leave washcloths in the room one day. The property is noisier than most hotels with a lot of room to room, and hallway noise. The hotel is directly next to a fire station so sleep will be interrupted.

Rooms are efficient and comfortable. The tilt up bed and shower fixture are great. The LED lighting with dimmable color choices is nifty. Large tv is appreciated and the room was clean. The location is very convenient, being within walking distance to the US Capitol. The room was a good value, significantly less expensive than area hotels.

Not a fan of the minimalist approach to room decor. Bed a bit lumpy due to various, extra pad(s) underneath the sheets that bunch up when one moves in the bed. Bed also only adjusts from one side.

Check in very smooth; staff superfriendly; special requests fulfilled re: room location (high floor, away from elevators). Did like the adjustable bed, especially when watching the TV.
