Hotel under renovation, but still a great value!

The only problem I had was they were doing renovations on the first floor,and you could smell the chemicals they were using.I even asked why it wasn’t taped off with plastic they didn’t know,which they taped with plastic days later ..The facility and room was Beautiful to stay in .

Bed and pillows were pretty bad comfort wise. Room is also a tad dated and I like lodge style. The hot tub was a lobster boil.

The pool heater wasn't working the first day we were there and it was cold. The room was a little tight with the pull out bed opened for the kids.

The room was amazing with the rainfall shower and the entire hotel was beautiful. The shuttle was a life saver to get to the event and around town.

Well, the elevator was out of order for one day, but these things happen. We were on the 3rd floor, so after skiing it was more noticeable than otherwise. We've stayed there before and will do so again.

The breakfast was included, and was of high quality, with two styles of scrambled eggs, microwaved bacon, sausage and potatoes; variety included bagels, cut fruit, cereal and muffins; there was good coffee, tea and hot chocolate; juices included OJ and cranberry juice, if there had been tomato juice or V8 it would have been perfect for me. Have to admit we didn't use the pool, the workout room or the sauna because we were there to ski. Families might take better advantage of those features. The location worked well for us because it was easy walking distance to Sidewinder's and the Gun Barrel, and away from the crowds in the square. We drove to the square as needed.

No actual problems with the hotel at all. It’s perfectly fine. We stayed an extra night because other hotels were full. We prefer a more boutique hotel is all.

Only thing I didn’t like was the fridge in our room, had to turn it to the coldest setting for it to turn on and work, but also froze our waters. But wasn’t enough to take away from our stay.

I liked it being by a light for easy access in and out on the busy main road.

The hook in the bathroom (to hang towels) was coming off the wall. The pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable and we were not provided linens for it. We had to pester the front desk twice for a proper set. The pool was a little hazy; didn't feel totally clean (in addition to the hot soaking pool; also felt less than clean). The initial reception at the front desk was very transactional; didn't feel very welcome.

Breakfast was above average; the service during breakfast was better than expected. I liked the room decorations. The two main beds were comfortable. The kids had fun in the pool; there were a number of other families staying there!

The only thing we didn't care for was the size of the room. For a family situation our "suite" was just too small, but I don't believe that's the hotel's fault. We would purchase two rooms in the future.

Great hotel at a great price! Our family stayed for about 6 days and loved spending time there. The hotel is about 50 foot away from the town shuttle so you do not need a rent a car at all! The breakfast was great and so was the pool area with the hot tub and sauna. Overall just a great stay!

Lots of deferred maintenance in the room - no knob on the lamp, slow drain tub, carpets need shampooing.

Room was larger than normal with a comfortable real couch. King bed mattress was super comfortable. Way better than average breakfast buffet. Very crispy bacon, which I like. Premium (Starbucks) coffee.
