Very large rooms and clean. But very pricey when from Canada , and the exchange rate :( Would have loved to golf. But not enough time.

Was a great evening and meals where very good both supper and our breakfast. Staff at front desk was super friendly both when we checked in , about restaurant hours, etc. Also gave us maps and information on nearby hikes. We got to see your Great Horned Owl as well.

We could hear the people in the room next to us quite loudly. One night it was snoring, another it was just people talking and laughing late at night.

We liked the lap pool, the outdoor hot tub, the work out facility, the tennis courts and ability to borrow rackets. We liked that it was close to some great hiking as well.

Our door was difficult to close without banging it shut. Felt bad about the noise every time we had up close the door. The HVAC (heat for this particular week) was pretty loud when on. Mainly the return air vent, but the unit in general is somewhat loud.

Room layout is great and has all you need for a home away from home comfortable vacation. Club amenities are fantastic! Spa, sauna, lap pool, courts, restaurant, etc. We are not golfers, but thoroughly enjoyed everything else, and loved the close proximity to Catalina Mtns trailheads.

This is a minor point but……the sofa in the living area was very uncomfortable. I know sofa beds are normally less comfortable but It was awful,,,!,!!!! For the price,I would upgrade the living room sitting area.

Beautiful property with well kept grounds. Adjacent to two gorgeous golf courses. All of the staff who we interacted with were gracious. I enjoyed the steam bath, sauna and whirlpool .

We stayed during a very cold week. It was difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature but there were extra blankets available.

The room was large and comfortable. It was quiet also. The kitchen was very usable. The staff was friendly and very responsive.

If you book a standard room you're patio will open to the parking lot. "Mountain view" is golf front Called front desk to ask for a late checkout (1pm instead of 12) Clerk did not tell me it would be an extra $25 plus fees ($32) Left several messages and they refuse to call me back or refund my late checkout fee

Suggestion. There was a golf outing and event the weekend of our stay. There was absolutely no place for us to park when we returned to the lodge. I would suggest that at least a small area within reasonable walking distance of the rooms be reserved for guests staying overnight. I am not sure what we would done if either of us had physical restrictions. We wouldn't have been able to get to our room for 1/2 day.

The staff was amazing. Obviously, we are not members, but we were treated like we were! They were welcoming, courteous and very helpful.

Functional but a little dated. Should consider adding more plugs by the end tables. Didn't know there was going to be a fundraiser tournament outside my window on Saturday.
