Clean, quiet, and good location

Needed a Grab bar near tub Shower was beautiful hot and clean but tub was high. We are elderly… afraid of slipping.

Everything…. Room was clean. Loved fridge and microwave in the room. Close to Footbridge Beach and restaurants.

If you have any walking issues, ask for bottom floor. Steps to second floor for me.

For the price of the stay breakfast should be included. They do provide coffee in the morning, (only), in the courtyard but a donut to accompany the coffee would be nice.

Everything at the resort exceeded our expectations. We asked that our initial room be changed to a ground floor room as we are old and cannot handle stairs. The friendly staff moved us immediately to a ground floor room and even offered to help with moving our luggage. The staff made great suggestions about where to eat and told us about attractions in the area. They also provided free parking near the area attractions so we did not have to pay the exorbitant parking fees that were near the places where we wanted to spend time, (Marginal way, Perkins Cove, beaches, etc) A short distance away from our motel was the town of Kennebunk, (be sure to stop at the Chamber of Commerce and have them map out a great scenic driving tour of the area), Go a little farther to Portland and visit the old port, beautifully restored and a great place for restaurants and history. Be prepared to pay high rates for parking. At night be sure to enjoy the hot tub and pools at the resort as a great way to end a busy day sightseeing. Most restaurants are upscale in this tourist Mecca so be prepared to pay a little more for restaurant food and drink. We discovered a local grocery store near the resort so every other day during our stay we would buy our lunch or dinner there and barbecue on the resort's outside grille while enjoying the great view and warm evening air.

Nothing...trip pleasant as always

Would like a 1st floor room on next reservation I accidentally left my glasses by the hot tub and discovered it after everything had closed for the night security was nice enough to go into the office and there they were on the desk with a note that somebody had found them I greatly appreciate that as I did not bring my contacts with me on that trip

Nothing at all

It was a really nice place. We will be staying again. Right in the middle of Ogunquit and Wells. Full size refrigerator. LOVED being able to sit on the porch and enjoy our coffee and the sunrise. Check in was a breeze. Very courteous and helpful with places to eat and places to go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We booked a 1st floor room specifically but then they did not save us a first floor room. I am having hip and knee problems so this was disappointing...and painful!

I could imagine spending more time enjoying the things they had to offer here. I think they did a good job on the updates and could spend time in the room and pool and grounds.

Great place to stay near Ogunquit. Staff was very nice, even knew my name. Room was great. Very clean! Wish I got to use the hot tub and or pool though.

Great stay, great fresh coffee early in the morning, nice views (2nd floor, room 117 is in the middle) Heated inside pool, fresh outdoor pool, hot jacuzzi. Even a gym with the basics. Wide parking.

Towels were small and thin and bed pillows not very comfortable.

Location was great as close to both Ogunquit and Wells beaches. Room was spacious and clean and shower was good and hot. Liked the pool although it was a bit small for laps. Jacuzzi outside was wonderful!
