On Friday night it was extremely loud. We couldn’t tell where the music was coming from but it did make it hard to fall asleep. Might not be great for little kids. I also wish they had a dresser in the room.

We loved staying here! The location was great and there was plenty of shops and places to eat around the hotel. It was also about 15-20 mins from most other things we wanted to do. The pool was such a nice way to take a break from the city! The interior design was impeccable and they made each detail count. The valet was very smooth which was great since we were in and out quite a bit. Overall it was lovely and I would stay here or at their sister properties again.

Shower floor tile is too slippery, sheets could be softer (try out the hotel supply Comphie Brand form Chicago ! Bed sleep pillows were lumpy and need improvement. It’d have been nice to have more options to have a fridge NOT full of liquor ? Perhaps add n option for people who don’t drink much alcohol?

Cool Mellow vibe, great bar and late night sushi snacks we’re very nice at the beautiful cozy hip bar, great fast service valet, nicely full stocked minibar, clean room with nicely appointed furnishings, clean towels and linens , safe secure .

We stayed as part of our honeymoon and it would have been nice to have had that recognised to make the stay even more special.

The hotel is beautiful with rooms that are functional and quirky. Lovely swimming pool and lounge area, specifically loved the complimentary pick and mix sweets! Food was really nice, although a little limited.

It seems like there were some issues with damp. The window was left open when I got there, likely for this reason. The airconditioner was loud. Reception forgot my room service order for dinner and they never really made up for that except for offering a drink voucher which I declined. I honestly feel like the price is too high when the damp issues and loud airconditioner are taken into account.

Sound insulation between rooms was just OK. Expensive overnight parking ($53 including tax).

Comfortable rooms and beds. Some nice deaign touches. Cool bar area, good food menu, good and timely room service. Well-situated property for many attractions and sites in LA, East to West.

The AC/heater in the roomer wasn't functioning properly, staff had a technician look at it.

Great hotel, amazing location and beautifully designed. The food was fantastic, and the staff was very attentive from the greeting at the valet to the front desk.

The noise from the street was quite pronounced in the room. Luckily during the evening the area was quite calm.

The hotel it’s nice and the decoration its very interesting. On top, the stay was always great, fun and so so nice. Will definitely come back next time. P.S.: as a Diptyque fan, the toiletries are just fantastic!

A cleaner accidentally threw out an expensive shoe box which was mistaken for rubbish.

The room was excellent. We really enjoyed the interior design of the room and the hotel and the view from our room of the Hollywood Hills was an excellent surprise.

room set up was strange. no room to walk with big chairs and table. it was hard to walk from bed to bathroom without hitting our shins on the bed frame. we rearranged all the furniture. One complimentary drink given for a King room is a bit cheesy.

Despite having requested a quiet room on a high floor, we were put in a room on the second floor that was right next to the bar area which was extremely noisy until several hours after midnight at the weekend.

The location is excellent, it’s a new property in very good condition and the staff were generally very helpful and friendly.
