The original room I moved into wasn’t in the best condition-on floor 3, I was moved to a better room the next day on the 9th floor. Prices were higher than I’d like to pay for the facilities available - no tea or coffee in the rooms as standard.

Not much. We booked two rooms and one was much bigger than the other, even though they were same price.

Coffee in morning at bar area was great but muffins should have been free! Gym was a little small especially if there was more than 2 people there.

Fab location right by Grand Central and 10 min walk to 5th Ave. Beautiful individual boutique hotel with some great quirky features and a nod to it's artistic bohemian history.

I thought it was a bit expensive for what it was. The lobby is tiny and some amenities in the room were quite basic.

Price go up very quick on weekends and other dates. wish can stay longer at that property. Caffe shop inside property woulb be a great plus.

Great historic Hotel, well located, very close to Grand Central Terminal and all of Madison and midtown. Rooms are great, well equipped and updated.

We arrived and got a room that had leaking and water damage (don’t know about mold). Hairs everywhere in the bathroom and felt unclean. Cleanliness, smell, appliances and fictures had quite a bit of wear and tear

At times, the shower had no hot water, or the water temperature kept changing while I was showering, making the experience very uncomfortable. There is no breakfast at the hotel, although there are plenty of options nearby.

The location is excellent, close to Grand Central and other subway lines. I was able to explore the city very easily. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed, various lighting options in the room. Simple check in and check out.

The lighting in the rooms was excellent and varied. So many hotel rooms have such dim lighting. Bed side lights were adjustable so that you could dim as necessary. I found the terracota small tiles in the shower excellent as gave you good traction.

Window shade operated well and offered full darkness at night; I would have liked blinds for partial view/ a little light in the morning.

Very clean, comfortable room - small but well-organized with clever furnishings, making good use of space. Nice bed and shower. Wonderful location - a great starting point for excursions all over Manhattan, walking or hailing a ride.

There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Although there is complimentary tea & coffee in reception, the selection is poor. No English tea bags.
